Review Of Southwest Hotel

It's was an amazing place to stay with your friends, family. I like the hospitality and the staff is co-operative.

Room was not as same as shown in image and the water pressure is also low . Fan was not working properly.

Great stay! Food, location, and facilities were all superb.

Facilities

The doors do not lock which is a serious safety concern also the TV is non operational. The staff is non responsive to any complaints. Make my trip also denies any support in this regard despite raising complaint.

Not a good option and rooms quality was also bad. Staffs were rude. Quite expensive for the quality they are providing. Wouldn’t recommend.

Location and facilities were good, however mosquito issues was there.

Rooms are good, clean, washroom is clean, bed is comfortable, bedsheet is nice and clean. Everything is perfectly arranged. the hotel staff is good and responsible. The receptionists are helpful. The Food here is awesome. It's just that the room I got has only 1 in 6 charging slots working. I have to charge my phone on the place where the kettle is placed, that is far away from my bed. this can be improved. other than that, it's great guyz.

Hotel service is poor. Untidy rooms.

I had to change the rooms 3 times in 2 days, either the AC wasn’t working or there was water leakage from AC or the bed wasn’t comfortable at all. Overall stay experience was really bad for the price they’re charging.

Mattress in hotel are not comfortable. Towels are washed but very bad smell while using. As per price not worth staying

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure i had everything i needed. My room was comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated.

Room was nice and clean. Bathroom was well maintained. It had basic amenities. Staff was well behaved. The food was excellent and worth the price. Overall, a good stay.
