Rooms are dirty,sealen smell in room, bed sheet are worst .no room service.bathroom shower not working.

Poor Stay
room was damp no aeration no window . paint was peeling. and usual damp fungus room smeels. sheets and bed was dirty. never got a key to the room . no in hotel kitchen

The linen was so dirty and smelly I had to check out in 2 hours . booked for deluxe room which was not exactly the same like pictures , dust was there , corridor was smelly . bad experience

Stay was really good, except for little cleaning problems. Service was really good.they provide complimentary breakfast which is also amazing.loved it overall

The hotel management's behavior was not good, the food arrangements in the hotel are also not good. It was a very bad experience, my advice is not to book prime stay hotel.

Rats in hotel room worst experience 3 days
businessRats were rooming in my room and no help given by hotel staff, hotel staff asked me to stay whole night with rats in room

Worst experince ever
soloRoom was untidy, bedsheets are full of stains, hairs on bedsheet. Washroom was in very bad state, used soaps & brushes were there.

Terrible Stay
businessIt was a forgettable experience overall. I don't know how it was rated 3 star and reviews mentioned it as very good. The rooms were old with plaster falling from walls. Bed was clean, except that i had to share it with a mouse which kept running up and down the bed and over me, preventing any sleep. It littered the bed as well. Food was ordered from some local hotel, though overall food was just ok. The staff looked unprofessional, suited more for a lodge than hotel, which probably it was.

Bad place, no hygiene
Place has no proper staff. Geyser not working, floor not cleaned, mosquitoes flying about. It’s best to avoid this place. The team also bangs on the door randomly ensuring no sleep

1. Location was good, but no foods facility around the hotel. 2. I stayed for 2 days but the service needed for daily basis was not received like daily change of bad sheet, pillow cover, mob on floor, garbage cleaning, no tooth paste, brush, comb and soap received. 3. Breakfast always delayed.
