Hospitality and room service was amazing. Swimming pool was too small. Cleaning was done on a daily basis which was great. Food we had was also tasty. But at this price point we were expecting much lavish room which was not satisfied flooring of the rooms were old style. Rest the experience was satisfactory.

staying in santana is always amazing, from checkin to checkout. my first preference in North Goa is always Santana. The staffs at the counter to cleaning all are well trained & very hamble. thank You as a customer for good service regards

Proximity to the beach is the biggest plus of this location. Rooms were pretty spacious and it also had a small kitchen area. The only drawback was the breakfast buffet which was average at best. In-room dining was also on the costly side and food quality was not that great.

The property location was good. The food was a bit expensive but other than that the amenities & services were great 👍

As always it was a great experience at Santana, this was out third time and was simply awesome. Food, Cleanliness and rooms were great. Right on the beach and walking distance to nice restaurants, shopping places near by.

Location was amazing, Beach was very clean. We have not tried Food due to higher rate of every item's.

Blown away by the entire experience.Resort was superb with excellent rooms, amenities, services, food. The food price is a little on higher side but that's expected from a resort having such brilliant services!! The room hygiene was awesome with regular room cleaning being done.The room had ample space and had a big dining table where you can easily have food by ordering room services..very thoughtful. To add to all these the ever smiling resort staff .Now coming to the show stopper i.e the location. The resort is just in front of the serene Candolim beach ..easily one of the top beaches in Goa. There is a 5 min walk directly from resort to the beach.. can be assumed like a private beach ..it is that close. My first trip to Goa ..will cherish the memories of this lovely resort !!!

A brilliant stay...the facilities are perfect...the location is very convenient and have private access to the beach. The suite room opted was huge and cozy with a kitchen attached, comfortable to accommodate 4. They have multiple pools which is a plus. Only downside is u might have to walk a bit as the property is huge but shouldn't be a problem for youngster.

Rooms & Facilities: The buildings are a bit old, but the rooms are well-maintained. Restrooms are average—not high-end, but clean and manageable. The swimming pool is in good condition and well maintained. Other than that, there aren’t many additional facilities. Food: Breakfast was quite good, with a decent spread and great value for money. Beach: The beach is very close—just about 50 meters from the hotel’s exit gate. While it’s not a private beach, it’s usually not crowded, so you can enjoy it almost like a private one. Staff: The staff were responsive and attentive, with no issues at all. Overall: This hotel offers great value for money. Don’t expect the luxury of a 4-star property, but it’s definitely worth it—especially in Goa, where you’re likely to spend most of your time exploring rather than staying at the resort.

A very pleasant stay at the beach side resort. Just behind the beaches with ease of access to the city market are the additional advantages. Full resort campus is blessed with fern n plants and indeed well maintained. Stay goes to the next level if you get the very courteous hotel staff with nice food options. We reached a bit early and requested an early check in our rooms... But got complete access without any hassle. Thanks to the hotel staff from reception till check out helpers. The staff are either continuously well trained or selection criteria are very good. Highly recommend to th people who are fond of selected resorts and places.

This is my second time stay at this property..Great location with access to beach .. great stay clean good rooms . Food is good, Buffet breakfast has variety of options..well maintained property. Best services . Overall a great place for vacations
