I would like to bring to your attention a disappointing experience during my recent stay at your hotel. The deluxe room shown on MMT was entirely different from the one actually provided. Upon raising the issue, the hotel manager informed me that the room displayed online is not available for online bookings and instead offered a lower-category room.
Additionally, the bedsheets, pillow covers, and towels provided were visibly dirty and stained. Although I reported the issue multiple times, the replacements provided were only marginally better. The staff explained that the linens had just returned from laundry, which raises serious concerns about hygiene standards.
Moreover, the overall behavior and coordination between the hotel staff and management appeared unprofessional and unwelcoming.
I request that this matter be addressed seriously to ensure better service and transparency for future guests.
