First of all it is so calm and the restrooms are properly cleaned. The staff are so nice to me, and had a friendly approach.

Overall average experience I booked AC room but ac was set on fix temperature and i approached to reception for two hours paid extension of room they denied staff was not too much supportive

I would like to bring to your attention a disappointing experience during my recent stay at your hotel. The deluxe room shown on MMT was entirely different from the one actually provided. Upon raising the issue, the hotel manager informed me that the room displayed online is not available for online bookings and instead offered a lower-category room. Additionally, the bedsheets, pillow covers, and towels provided were visibly dirty and stained. Although I reported the issue multiple times, the replacements provided were only marginally better. The staff explained that the linens had just returned from laundry, which raises serious concerns about hygiene standards. Moreover, the overall behavior and coordination between the hotel staff and management appeared unprofessional and unwelcoming. I request that this matter be addressed seriously to ensure better service and transparency for future guests.

The washroom had lizard. The GST invoice wasn't provided. The location was not good.

I came to the room and ate food. When I got to the room and asked to park my car, there was no parking. Then I drove for a kilometer and parked at the railway station. I had to pay Rs. 500 for five hours of parking. 😎😎 Chennai is great.
