GMT GRAND PARK

The hotel stay was disappointing. Poor cleanliness, unhelpful staff, average food quality, and basic facilities not maintained properly. Location was fine but overall experience did not match expectations at all.

The room is not clean, it smells bad, there is no room maintenance, and the response is not good.

Rom is good,switch is not working,tv not working,room bed sheet not clean remote issue

Good for travel at the nearest CMBT bus stand and rooms also clean and safety

This room was a delightful surprise! The decor was charming and inviting, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained with all the necessary amenities. The room was also quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay. While the size was a bit compact, it didn't feel cramped. Overall, a fantastic experience!

The receptionist never let me in and i was not allotted a room since the other person was not 21 as he stated. Though the makemytrip policy says guests over 18 are allowed.

Room quality: the room was clean but not particularly modern or well-decorated. Amenities: basic amenities were available, like wi-fi and toiletries, but nothing special stood out. Location: the hotel was conveniently located but might not have been in a particularly exciting area.

1.Cleanness was not there. 2. Charging box broken. 3. Hotel reception don’t use smart phone it’s difficult to share the soft copy of id card even sent email system antivirus not updated hence unable to open pdf files. 4. Receptionist not spoken politeness 5. Not kept not even small soap. 6. So we are not satisfied stay at this hotel.

All ok except the person at the reception needs training how to talk to their guest. He was very arrgorant

Room and bathroom was not that clean. Heater wasn't working and mainly the bed wasn't comfortable

Midnight powercut, got electricity after 30mins, no toiletries provided, no towel, no drinking water, toilet were with cockroaches babies, open ventilation in toilet

The stay was really good except for the leaking bathroom shower faucet which was constantly making noise everything was good there was no disturbance by any staff and also they were very flexible over all it was a great stay i give it 5 out of 5

No electricity, no water and the room and wash rooms are stinky. Not at all good. The staff are very rude. There is no positive point in this hotel.

Room traiff is rs 2700 make my trip but hotel traiff is only rs 1500. Rooms are terrible bed and bath room are smelling. No change it bedsheets. Room is filled with mosquito. I have selected room by make my trip but worst experience. Make my trip cheated and hiked traiff. Please go through review and suggest good hotel. If say in single sentence not even my pet animal will not able to stay. I booked ac room but it reflected as non ac. Here after i will not recommend makemytrip for booking and also also this for any stay or booking

Very worst experience, room was very dirty and staff behaviour are very rude i am very disappointed. Worst worst worst experience pols don't book this hotel. Pols remove the showing list in make my trip in this hotel.

The room is not good, not provided a blanket, early charges are more and the dustbin is also not placed in the room.

Average cost near koyambedu. But maintenance was not good. The water was leaking in tap continuously. Not worthy for the price
