Gold Mine Hotel

Worst experience ever. Initially the hotel receptionist said that I came very late to check in. I still had 5 hours to check out. But they kept arguing with me. Then I called customer care and they assured full refund. While I was about to leave the hotel, the receptionist said that he will give another good room. I took the room just for 4 hours. The room had an AC but did not work, bathroom had stained old toilets, not rods to hang cloths. Few age old Furnitures with napthelene balls everywhere. I got an allergy due to inhaling the napthelene ball everywhere in the room. Terrible experience.

Lousy , kindly don’t entertain this type of lodges in your app. They don’t know the meaning of service , cleanliness and maintenance. Hence I kindly request you to not give your esteemed app services to them.

Hotel is good but services not good and bathroom dirtiness so overall average

Locatoinis very good. food is excellent .but cleanliness is very poor.cochroches observed in the room. my stay was for 11 nights. Hot water was unavailable in the bath rooms. overall it was avarage stay.

Worst Services, Cockroaches and Insects all over. Need to ask for Water and Housekeeping services every day. Complementary Break Fast was charged Staff were very irritating and was not ready to understand what customer is saying. Highly insist not to book this Hotel !!!

This hotel could be one of the good hotels in Chennai for staying a couple of days for personal work or medical treatment if it is maintained properly. The room is spacious, the size of the washroom is nearly equal to that of a single bed room in any other hotel, there is a balcony attached to the room. The complimentary breakfast they are providing is not bad . But the maintenance of the hotel is not only poor but very very bad.

Worst experience for a couple, where we booked and stayed for a single night to continue our morning journey. Decent and nearby is the reviews made us to choose this hotel stay here. But terribly the rooms are very worst. Cleanliness zero. Insects free of cost. AC is not working properly. Changed 4 different rooms in three different floors. Almost we spent nearly 2 hours to get a room. Yes we got finally where it doesn't meet the standards what they mentioned about the room when I booked. But without any choice with wife around 11.40 pm stayed somehow.. Initially they didn't give any welcome kit, later after changing the rooms specially toilets in few rooms are worst then public toilets here, then they gave. Maintainance and man power is poor here. It's not good choice for couple or for family or couple with kids.

Room was unclean with lot of bad smell. There were cockroaches on the walls of the room. Hotel staff were not clean and not very responsive. Had to book another hotel for my stay

Overall everything was good but there was either no net work connectivity or it was very feeble, ruining my stay

There is no basic maintanence of washrooms, bedsheets were dirty, the room is stinky, they don't give gst bill also. Location is good for transportation, metro is near by and food options available in the area. Complementary breakfast is available.

The stay was fantastic, the rooms were clean, the location is ideal, there is a wonderful restaurant below the hotel, sangeetha. However, the service was not very good, the male receptionist was a nice guy, but the female receptionist was stiff and at times sounded a bit rude.

Worst hotel ever i visited. Most un hygienic wash room & rooms. Cobwebs are in room, furnitures are very old. Washroom wall tiles, basin & door are broken & uncleaned for a decades seems. Behaviors of the hotel staff are not st par with the industry std. Not worth to stay at this hotel. Very bad experience for me. Next day i had no option to shift to blu iris near by which is a decent hotel.

Hotel rooms are not well maintained, bathrooms are terrible, leakage of waters, cockroaches are running inside the cupboards, rooms, and in bed too very horrible stay. Im giving 0 rattling to this hotel
