worst service. don't visit the resort. Actually not resort. very very dirty room, room's condition are worst. stinking toilet. They have just one boy for service. If you ask him for anything, he will never provide anything. waste of money.

No clean room bed sheet and rugs are dirty and bed small animal rottan small from bathroom food quality is very bed switch board was broken ac was very noisee balcony was not clean

stay was very good services were also good wooden theme rooms were cool all staff was cooperative budget friendly & best it was @walking distance to beach we enjoyed all days staying. Will surely recommend in future. Thanks to make my trip awesome 👌

When we arrived at the hotel, the staff didn't even know about the booking. They spent half an hour. Then The Provided us A room with a faulty Bathroom where the shower place has waterlogging issues. We have compromised. Next day They told that they will provide the breakfast in the room by 9:30 but they provided half of the breakfast without eggs at 9:50 AM.Whwn asked they smiled and replied they are bringing the eggs from shops then they will cook for us. Ultimately they provided the eggs at 10:15AM and suddenly when we were submitting the key at reception they told us they will change the room then only. Our rented car charged us extra for the delay. when we returned after travelling, we found nothing was working there in the room (Fan and shower room was completely broken. I was traveling with my 5 years old daughter and suffered a lot). Then they again changed the room. That was also faulty. Fan Not Working Shower room broken. Then when we complained, the staffs are also saying "if I was in your situation I will ask for refund". Then one of the staffs told us we will arrange a dinner for your guys for free as you suffered a lot. the the owner came and continuously argued with me and told he will fix everything. When I told him the full he just offered as the dinner only. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL. NEVER EVER.

Check-in process was so easy and owner(prasad & ketan) was very co-operative and staff was well trained and welcoming. We loved the property, recommending everyone to stay

This time with this resort experience wasn't good breakfast food service and other cleaning service is not up to tha mark as this is 2nd time we booked same hotel cause our first time experience was very nice at that cause property owner is one old man and he maintain all the things very nicely

Enjoyed our stay, in wooden based room. All amnesties were good, including pool. Included breakfasts also had good taste.

The bathroom is horrible of fungus and mushroom due to wooden walls. Rooms are small but ok due to the price range around 1300 to 1600. Ok for one or two night stay but not recommended for long holiday.

It’s located inside of another resort very hard to find and not enough parking space.

We have not check in to hotel as the property look different than the reality on top of that they mention that parking space available but in reality there is no space available to park the car.

Staff is polite and good Hotel is near the beach. Road leading to the hotel is small (behind ocean Park resort) Amenities like water and laundry are chargeable which should not be the case

Staff was good but the location is nothing like the images. Also they don't clean everyday like a regular hotel. But staff was friendly and helpful.

The wooden cottage is well located - 2 min walking distance to beach and well accessible to nearby shops, eateries, bar and medicine shops. This place is calm and suitable for family stays. The stay is located inside a lane, so finding it at first short will be difficult.

No food facility. Smaller rooms, poor entrance. High moisture content in rooms

Roads near the hotel were very bad, flooded, room was all right, not as accurate as in pictures, staff was friendly but not available at night. Overall, appreciate the staff but not very satisfied with the cleanliness and amenities…. Yes, beach is nearby(walking distance) not private, though. 6/10 if I have to rate overall.

The room was good but the cottage was okay situated at the corner and also there was no proper ventilation, very small swimming pool and also swimming pool area was not good at all. Overall i didn't like the stay but yeah if uh only want good room thin uh can opt for this cottage
