Seasons Hotel

All the staff members are humble and gave good service, as the breakfast was included it was great and it had variety of food items. Taste was good. Only one suggestion I want to give: rooms have dim light which I did not like, you can’t even see your face in the bathroom mirror, and with dim light you feel very low. Hence, I would suggest to put more lights in hotel rooms.

All was good except TV, after reminding 2-3 times it was not working, and bathroom door was not familiar. At night, if I had not seen the key in the cupboard, it would have been a problem. The lock for the bathroom door must be simple.

Overall the experience was really good, the environment was calm, food was good and even the toilet and the room was clean.

Decent stay. Close to stadium. Good hospitality. Overall 7/10. The place is usually busy. But, if you book early you get good deals .

Neat and decent hotel. From breakfast to housekeeping everything was prompt. Walkable distance from bus station

room bed quality and towel quality not up to the mark. Daily need to ask for toiletries. Rooms are quite and without any disturbance.

The rooms were clean, the staff was helpful, and the food was reasonable. They even let me keep my bag safe after checkout, so I can explore Goa till evening

on 8th May 2025 No one to attend Calls repeatedly at night 10.22 pm both at landline and mobile before checkin. No one called back as we were to check in due to death in family close to the hotel. - upon arrival the response to the above was like SO WHAT kind attitude. - Breakfast was good room was good

Very clean hotel with the best quality food offered. pleasant stay, nearby madgao railway station. Everyone must think of this property while searching nearby to stay at Madgao station.

Nice place, maintain hygien, good breakfast, nice room,location good. I have strongly recomond the same can be book again.

Hotel is good n quiet clean n excellent interior lobby. Hotel is close to colva n convinient distance from palolem beach. Overall a nice place for stay n food in goa.

The property location is much convenient, and the property is perfect for a long stay as well. I recieved a great hospitality from the staffs. Fitness freaks should definitely come here, you've got gym, and diet meals here, you get a good heavy complimentary buffet breakfast. They maintain good hygiene, and privacy, families can have a quality time as well. And guess what, this is totally budget friendly. Had a great experience here

Stay was good. Presidential room was good. More cleanliness required for balconies as these are accessible. Economy rooms are not that good. Food was good. More seafood options could be there. Locks for economy rooms should be repaired and should work well. Overall stay was ok.

We booked 2 rooms and the parking was not available for our vehicle. We risked our vehicle during the stay.

Stay was bad. Broken fixtures in room/bathroom. Threadbare mattress despite charging extra for an additional bed. Rickety furniture. Near non functional ac. Pathetic attitude of staff. Every concern of the guest is brushed aside as “it’s a management decision”. And no manager available till 3pm to resolve issues. Wouldn’t recommend at all!
