The room was superb; clean, spacious and confortable. Service too was with a smile and prompt. Location was quite convenient, though with a fairly narrow and steep entry road. Buffet breakfast was superb and overall it was a pleasant stay. Would surely visit again.

The property is located near Dona Paula. The food was ok. Me along with my senior colleagues did book 4 rooms. We had a very cold welcome at the reception on arrival. We were there for a conference, and reached there by 9.30 am, inspite of having booked 4 rooms, the reception staff didn't allow us to freshen up at our friends room citing no visitors allowed. The guy was totally disappointing and illogical too. The wifi in the room was very slow and not working most of the time, the balcony door was damaged (a serious security lapse). Request no one to stay here Why pay your money and see the arrogance of these people You need a car yourselves or you should walk upto the nearest junction for commute.

Photos is different from actual property. Reception person was very arogant. Dont prefer this hotel. As per location hotel charges too high

The location is very good near the beach. The food is good and the parking is available in front of the hotel. The service is prompt.

The hotel stay was comfortable and the rooms are well maintained. The washrooms are very clean and seem hygienic. One thing I request as a customer is that the property is having a little bit of network issues and wifi is not so good in range if wifi range has been improved it will be a great delight to have.

The accommodations provided a positive experience, featuring clean and spacious rooms with the added benefit of a balcony. The hotel's proximity to the Dona Paula viewpoint was also advantageous. Furthermore, the in-house restaurant offered a surprisingly high-quality dining experience, particularly the dinner service, which included excellent large prawns.).

The hotel is nice and clean. Staff is very friendly. There are ample parking spaces available right outside the hotel. The beach and the jetty is a 5 min walk from it. The breakfast is also good, and the restaurant in general has tasty food. Cleanliness could have been a little better but no complaints

The hotel is worth for the people who are looking for a peacefull beach side accommodation. Even the Complimentary breakfast is soo good that you will definitely extend your stay. Even during evening there is restaurant named sea pebbles, that's a good location that too walkable from the property.

Staying Rooms are good but Not the food. The food is very expensive with No taste. They levied taxes by not giving any tax receipts.

I generally book my hotel through MakeMyTrip. This time also I got this hotel through MakeMyTrip. They hotel is excellent. The hotel and its room are very clean and the staffs are very cordial. I observed that the the hotel staff provide water through glass bottle which is clean. It seems to me that the hotel staffs do not use plastic bottle. Complementary breakfast was very good. The lunch and dinner are also very tasty. In a nutshell, staying in this hotel I did not feel that I am away from home.

It was a good and comfortable stay, Anil helped in bike rentals as well and it is truly recommended. Very close to the Dona Paula beach and everything is easily accessible.

Right from the moment we checked in, the hospitality is good—warm, personalized, and welcoming without being intrusive. The entire property radiates a lovely feeling; the ambience is nice and cozy, making it feel less like a hotel and more like a retreat. My room was spotless, and crucially, the washrooms were neat and clean, which is always a top priority for me. The comfy beds and peaceful atmosphere guaranteed a perfect night's sleep every night. The dining experience was another major highlight. The food is delicious—every dish we tried felt authentic and freshly prepared. What truly sets them apart is the attention to detail: the service is fast, incredibly efficient, and proactive. They anticipated needs before we even had to ask. Add in the ideal location (close enough to the beach action but tucked away for quiet nights), and you have the perfect Goan holiday. We're already planning our next visit. A definite 5 stars!
