very bad experience Extra bed for Extra person was refused and payment for extra person was already added and paid in advance No free drinking water bottles were provided on second day of stay they charged Rs 20 for 500ml bottles No hot water is available in bathroom

I had a very pleasant stay at Salida Del Sol Hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Laveena and Mr. Rasheed—both went out of their way to assist me during my stay. My flight was at 4 PM, and when I requested a late checkout until 1 PM, they kindly accommodated my request without any hesitation, which I truly appreciated. Although the hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant, they do provide food from outside, which worked well for me. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything else was well-maintained. Overall, a great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The experience staying in Salida del sol was great. The service was amazing, especially the hotel is near by for all the tourists destination the staff was totally friendly i would like to suggest this hotel to my friends my stay was totally awesome for last 2 days and I enjoyed it

Location was good. You can explore heart of the city. Breakfast and food was not good.

The property is perfectly located in the middle of the market place with everything from restaurants, textile, shopping items etc available within walking distance. The amenities are good for the price. Food also was very good. Overall value for money.

Stay was horrendous. We had to check out the next morning as the rooms are infested with cockroaches. Management is aware of this. Dirty stained linen & towels. Had to inform management to change. Black mould & soap scum in bathroom. Toilet is cracked all over, could be a health & safety issue if it collapses when someone sits on it. There is a stench in the hotel hallways. Hotel said they have lift for elderly who cannot climb stairs, but on arrival we see that the lift stops in the middle of levels so have to climb the stairs up or down to get to the correct floor which was inconvenient for my elderly mother who cannot use stairs. We would not spend even 1 night here but were forced as had to find another hotel and hence checked out next day. Would never have booked this if we were aware. I expect a refund for the remaining 2 nights for the 2 rooms (17th & 18th april. Please advise when will i get this back.

Near brach and hotel room also clean family always stay hearer.

Very unmaintend property, cockroaches in room, walls are totally faded. Rooms are totally different from what they are showing

The hotel is in right in the heart panjim city, the hotel is perfect for business trips. The room are small but clean.

We had a spacious room with a beautiful view, with wonderful service and hospitality from the staff.

Location is good for business travelers, room ambience has become old, room are tiny hence renovation is key.
