The stay was quite comfortable. The room is clean and tidy. The service is a bit slow but the staff is welcoming and friendly. overall a pleasant stay, would recommend it to others.

The rooms were comfortable, clean and luxurious. Perfect for a family stay. Breakfast buffet was included and had a good variety. The location is a 1 min walk from the Dona Paula beach, which was perfect for a night stroll.

Nice service, nice place to stay near dona Paula, nice breakfast, there are various numbers of items in the breakfast.

Firstly the property is located in a place where there is no mobile network. they showed me good pictures on make my trip and I ended in a room which was surrounded by garbage. there were street dogs that came every night outside your room and sat there in the benches and pooped and peed and it used to smell. when I said these things the manager there "Anil" said you can always change your room at an extra cost. the wify in my room didn't work properly in room areas and hence the little mobile network I got due to the wify also went off all in all it is a property you need to stay away from. the same company has Grandeur stays and they have a way different experience. I have stayed in Grandeur and I have highly rated them at all times

Well the property was really good ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ , the rooms and service was top notch . Plus the tv was working really well which got us entertaining . The staff and receptionist were very sweet . would recommend this place to others 😄

Hotels manager is very rude and not supportive.Hotel does not have male employees to carry the luggage to room.

Stay was good. Location is very close to dona Paula circle. Manager Anil was considerate about early checkin as we reached early.

Great value for money! The breakfast was tasty and satisfying, a perfect start to the day. The location was a highlight — just a short walk to a small, peaceful beach, which made the stay even more relaxing. While the facilities weren’t anything over the top, everything provided was well-maintained and met our needs. Overall, a lovely stay!

Stayed there for 4 nights! In first 2 nights we had a different room which was good but there was problem with AC. Last 2 days we opted another room where the Bedsheets were not clean and this was disappointing.

The room was clean and comfortable and the shower was hot with good water pressure. The breakfast buffet had vegan items and I ordered aloo paratha from the a la carte menu, which also has a choice of eggs and other dishes like uttapam. We had issues with the A/C but the technician came in and fixed it; the staff were courteous and apologetic. Great value and walking distance from the Dona Paula jetty.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was subpar. The front desk staff was unfriendly and seemed annoyed when I asked questions about the room and amenities. I brought up these issues with the staff, but they were dismissive and offered no real solutions or compensation. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely not be returning. I was very disappointed with the complimentary breakfast provided during my stay. I had high expectations for a varied and well-prepared spread to start my day, but the reality was far from acceptable.

Average, front desk not cooperative, Water bottle , kettle not provided, rooms not ready need to wait for check inn.
