Review Of Royal Hills Resort

View from front of the hotel is excellent. Try to get rooms on front side as balcony only available on that side. Initially we got room for family of 4 on back side which wasn't good in terms of quality. Room was heavily smelling of cigarette smoking. I complained and they helped me to get other room on front side. Property is bit outside of Main market but That's understandable as it's a resort. Food is okay.

Location was good but hotel service was not satisfactory. Room service was not satisfactory. Room and bathroom cleaning was not proper.

It is bit difficult to reach the place, however the rooms were clean and the view from the room is good too. The staff was helpful and polite.

Very worst expireance tv not working and service very poor also food quality not good ambiance’s not god swimming pool is so small not satisfied.

Room was good, we received a good clean specious room with a balcony. Location is bit far from city center as well as tiger point. Due to markings in road you will not miss turn else it is difficult to reach but it's surrounding is good. However the behavior of hotel staff is rude.

There was no proper service provided by the hotel. We had to check in on our own, no towel, water etc was provided, without asking. The floor of the room was all wet. Food in the menu was not available, only few options were provided. Won't visit again

There is no major issue but 1000 will be better. In 2000 you can get better rooms. Bathroom and bedroom is ok and location is also good but you can get better service in this price range.

I stayed here with my family for one night and i was disappointed as the room was spacious however there were many cockroaches roaming in the room. That was not expected of a resort as it comes under basic hygiene. They seriously need to work on it.

Pathetic experience in every way. The resort is miles from everywhere. The door locks, television unit & toilette fixtures were broken. They allocated a 1st floor room with its balcony facing another hotel & right underneath these guys dumps their rubbish. The staffs takes ages to deliver be it food or pillow or a liquidator

Hotel is good. Atmosphere is good. But some of the this i don't like such as landline phone is not working so every time i have to go to reception for whatever i want. Food is pathetic pure waste of money. Ac remote is not working. My car got stuck in a pot hole while parking due to negligence of security guard etc

That men's room are to not in many item poper work dor, ghijer, and whose-room darkness is a over . That i say changi in not properly work item to changi. Thank you

We stayed for 2 days. Room was good on day 1 but it was very bad during day 2. If you have the option you can upgrade to better rooms

Best fooding resort. Want to visit again.

The property seems good from the outside but it is not well maintained and had a bad experience from just a single night stay where as the booking was for 3 days. 1. There was no proper cleanliness in the room. 2. The mattress were not clean and the pillows were also smelly good thing about the property 1. Food was good and good quality as well as quantity 2. The staff was quite helpful
