Dirty villa, pool was nice, half property was damaged

terrible experience. pest all around in the house. no maintenance of the villa.. villa #3 don't take it as it's really in pathetic condition

We had booked a villa after reviewing the pictures and details provided at the time of booking, made well in advance almost a month prior. However, upon our arrival, we were allotted a completely different villa with significant differences in interiors, layout, and overall ambiance. When we raised our concern, we were told that all villas are “the same.” This was clearly not the case, as we noticed major variations across the units. Furthermore, we were informed that the villa we had originally booked was given to another group who arrived earlier, even though they had booked only a day before. This explanation was not only unprofessional but also extremely unfair to us as early bookers. It was very disappointing to realize that despite our early reservation, priority was given to a last-minute booking, seemingly at a higher rate. This kind of practice reflects poorly on the management and undermines customer trust. We had expected transparency and a commitment to honoring bookings as per the agreement. Unfortunately, this experience has left us dissatisfied

The stay at this place is amazing. Never experienced such a beautiful view in the villas. The service was also good and the place is neat and clean. The best place to enjoy your weekends with family or friends. No regrets best memories so far.

The property is very dirty. No deep cleaning has been done. Fungus was there. Disaster. The wall has a fungus as well. Water flow is not good at all. The kitchen accessories is not working at all. Electricity was gone for 5 hours, AC wasn’t working, conduction wasn’t working.

It was a wonderful experience, owner was very nice helped with everything and caretaker too was always available for us. we were a group of 17 people and it was a wonderful experience
