Royal tents in bad shape, not maintained, pathetic bathroom, AC not working, bad quality towels

Resort location food was good but the deluxe room had torn bed sheets, blankets, pillow covers were dirty with hair on it, and worst part that there was no hot water we had to leave without shower.

The place is safe, clean and well nurtured gardens. Staff is polite, eager to help and well mannered.

i got a great deal through mmt as compared to other booking agencies including over the counter at resort too.... location is nearby highway but little bit outside city centre. resort is more calm and not the best for party lovers, resort is neat n clean good service with fantastic food quality. we stayed in Family tent and the rooms were really spacious....thanks mmt

We have stayed here with our kids and enjoyed a lot. From activities to food and pool side leisure time is a wonderful experience.

Pleasurable stay. Kids will enjoy more. Location is good but around 2. 5 km away from market place so car is advisable. In house food we didn't tried. Amenities and services good.

Property was good also like the food there was a beautiful swimming pool with nice view, very close to many point, service was excellent.

Stay was good but because of wedding there reception was not available on call many times.

Royal tent house for which the additional amenities was just a bathhub when we try to use it there was mud water coming out of it i even have the photo of that. I paid extra for dinner and breakfast that came with very limited menu. Tent house in which we were staying was in a bad state.

The stay was really good we liked the property a lot. We're just not happy with the service of the staff. But overall the stay and the location is very convenient so all that we really liked. Avoiding the services was pretty late. Staff not responding properly. So anyone who's okay to adjust that then you'll have good trip.
