They confirmed the stay, but went to the hotel, because of the continuing holiday, they have enhanced the price of the room and cancel-led our stay, again we searched for another stay with a good hotel. This is a very bad experience with this hotel. It was my family trip and i faced a lot of problems. Don't encourage this type of hotels and encourage. You have to do some penalty for this. Please refund the amount
