Poor Stay
The room was okay but they did not come for house keeping plus they didn't asked as well and when I asked them about cleaning they blamed me only claiming I didn't ask for it. Plus they don't have any in hotel kitchen and foods are been brought from outside, wifi was not working nor the tv was. Overall the experience was poor and didn't not enjoy the stay, there was nothing to do as well inside the property no swimming pool no indoor games, etc.

Excellent Stay
Staff was very helpful. The property is in a good locality. The property is very well maintained. My room was simple but neat and clean. The airconditioning was excellent. I WILL GIVE THIS PROPERTY 10/10

Value for Money.Tourists Information missing.
Location: It is walking distance from Railway Station.8 km from nearest Sea Beach.(Colva). Pros:Hygienic, Clean Rooms.Value for money. Cons.1.Toileteries kit is one per room.For two pwrsoms it is inconvenient. 2.The breakfast serving timing can be 7.30am.it is not ready till 8.10am.Delays our touring time. 3.Staff is not proactive about informing tours or shopping destinations within the city .He did not have info about good resto around for Goan Food.Tourists need local guidance sorely mssing. overall good for staying if you have your own car.Else getting their by public transport is bit of hassle.

Terrible Stay
They confirmed the stay, but went to the hotel, because of the continuing holiday, they have enhanced the price of the room and cancel-led our stay, again we searched for another stay with a good hotel. This is a very bad experience with this hotel. It was my family trip and i faced a lot of problems. Don't encourage this type of hotels and encourage. You have to do some penalty for this. Please refund the amount

Quiet, clean room
soloClean room and toilet. 24 hours hot and cold running water available. Excellent arrangements. Supportive staff. Zomato, swiggy delivery for boarding.
