Average Stay
1. Lots of insects, like spiders, etc 2. No Permission to consume food & drink inside the room. had to sit outside on the table for the same. 3. No dental kit, Had to ask for towel. 4. Room experience was poor, especially in one of three we booked. We asked via call before booking that why aren't the rooms of same category available. They said, and I quote, "just The names are different but it's the same only" 100% wrong. 5. But Ok Ok, Average overall

Poor Stay
very small room with no amenities and extremely rude staff. I told that I would check out at 11:30am a day in advance but on the checkout day they forced me to leave at 10:30am. They gave stupid reasons like they were expecting some guests however there were only 2 couples staying there.

Average Stay
Small Propert with only seven rooms. it is like a row house. situated just opposite to Miramar Beach. only walking distance. small room with moisture smell. poorly maintained. washroom was clean. book if you want to stay at quite place near to beach.

Excellent Stay
Location was quite easy to locate. The room was nice cozy with a swimming pool excess. The caretaker was polite and cooperative. Room was clean and classy with all necessary equipments. I had a comfortable stay and i would like to visit this place again with my friends

Average Stay
Room was small, no cleaning was done for 3 days, location is very good close to bus stop and beach walkable distance. Staff are good.

Beach Paradise - Value for Money & Pleasant Sta
It was a pleasant stay and warmly experience at the hotel. Best part was cute lil swimming pool which our kid totally enjoyed. Rooms were asthetically done and clean. Recommend you to stay if you are in Panjim/Miramar
