Review Of REFLECTIONS GUEST HOUSE.

The room provided was not the same as shown in the pictures. It was much less appealing and lacked the comfort we expected. The room felt extremely cold and blanket provided was not at all sufficient to counter cold and was far from cozy, making the stay quite uncomfortable. Basis water was also not provided. One of the biggest inconveniences was the limited access to hot water, which was only available during certain hours. This was not clearly communicated beforehand and made things especially difficult during colder hours. Overall, the experience was disappointing and didn’t match the expectations.

Room not good... no toilet paper, no soap, no tooth paste, no tooth brush in bathroom... not a good service in hotel

I took budget room for 2 nights . when I saw the room in app it was good but when in reality it was like a ghost house no proper bed it was shaking a lot no proper clean bed sheet and no hot water they said 1.5 hours in morning they will give hot water it never came . I just stayed for only one night and I checked out and took another hotel

Service is average, hot water is available only 7.30 am to 9 am. We find the location on Google maps

The property Reflections guest house is good, but small leakage on the roof top during rain last week was bit discomfort..

With make my trip the stay was cool and easy Room was clean and good.

they mentioned free wifi but on reaching they said you didn't selected wifi. no basic things are there in room like no water no soap . it's a average stay for me as compared to other stays in different cities in india

It's not good. It's like maid room ,or even maid room also cleaner than this room.white bed and bed sheet looks black.

Best stay at the prime location, but room price is not affordable, rooms are not cleaned. Outside food not allowed, and there is a hot water problem, greaser timings which is 7:30-9 am only. But everything else was ok ok and it has a good lake view.

Wonderful experience especially due to the lake view room.Its a nice experience to have your morning tea or coffee in front of nature's beauty.Only problem faced by us that there was a fixed time of hot water 7:30 to 9:00 am .

Very thin blanket , water problem, Hot water only for 1.30 Hr which is from morning 7.30 to morning 9

Location is good and silent. Fix timing for hot water and no towels provided. Kettles also not provided.

Good behaviour staff. Nice atmosphere. Easy to reach. Near to lake. Recommend to family travel. Clean and tidy

Not customer friendly. Rooms were not upto the mark. Unable to return keys in hands of hotel manager (as he went missing) even though we checked out on time it was charged extra for his negligence. Pros: reachability, outside view. Cons: not customer supportive / friendly!

In the hotel roof top, water is dropping to bed. Poor maintenance and construction quality is bad.

They cannot understand hindi language. but it will be adjustable. Not as big a property as I expect to see in MMT apps.

Good for stay for one or two days. Hot water not available 24hrs, some what old construction, need renovation, my bathroom wash basin was not working properly

The rooms were good and the host was also very nice and its in the middle of the city accessible for everything

Good location very near by lake view calm place to stay but no entertainment facility like tv and hotels are near by guest house
