Uncomfortable & Inconveniences Stay, Not worth the money.

The room provided was not the same as shown in the pictures. It was much less appealing and lacked the comfort we expected. The room felt extremely cold and blanket provided was not at all sufficient to counter cold and was far from cozy, making the stay quite uncomfortable. Basis water was also not provided. One of the biggest inconveniences was the limited access to hot water, which was only available during certain hours. This was not clearly communicated beforehand and made things especially difficult during colder hours. Overall, the experience was disappointing and didn’t match the expectations.

I took budget room for 2 nights . when I saw the room in app it was good but when in reality it was like a ghost house no proper bed it was shaking a lot no proper clean bed sheet and no hot water they said 1.5 hours in morning they will give hot water it never came . I just stayed for only one night and I checked out and took another hotel

Best stay at the prime location, but room price is not affordable, rooms are not cleaned. Outside food not allowed, and there is a hot water problem, greaser timings which is 7:30-9 am only. But everything else was ok ok and it has a good lake view.

Not customer friendly. Rooms were not upto the mark. Unable to return keys in hands of hotel manager (as he went missing) even though we checked out on time it was charged extra for his negligence. Pros: reachability, outside view. Cons: not customer supportive / friendly!
