Review Of Rainforest Resort.

Rainforest Resort place & location is excellent but staff is Average room service is poor you need to continue reminding them for anything in building plumbing & electric duck door is not properly locked it's dangerous to children. Restaurant food is good & staff is very cooperative. Sceneries from the Resort are mind refreshing.

The check in was easy… the stay was terrible! Staff is not cooperative, although we had booked for our 2 year old the staff never provided the help asked for - proper khichdi / cut fruits for the young one. When we called for milk glass in night they charged us 80 rp which was ok, but morning staff said it will cost 100 rp! They changed rates overnight! Also rooms are not clean, activities are closed, swimming pools are dirty and have moths, even flies n honeybees, trash bottled thrown in the swimming pool! Staff is very unprofessional service is pathetic, the helpline phone numbers are shut off in the day so that they are not troubled! Don’t waste ur time here, breakfast is pathetic, served us yesterday’s made poha, they dint have toaster to toast bread, no juice no cut fruits!

There is higine issue & service issue. Food quality is very bad. Cleanness issue.

bachelor college students & family stay together, feelings like boys hostel,not sleeping whole night properly because of boys noise,total waste of money, don't book this resort

I'd rate my stay at the hotel as average. The food quality was just okay, nothing stood out. Unfortunately, the TV and AC remotes weren't working, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the Tata Sky recharge had expired, so I couldn't access the channels I wanted. Overall, it was an okay stay, but could've been better with some improvements in amenities and services.

Food was good They had outdoor activities which was awesome had a good time there there indoor section was not maintained but have a good chance of attracting more customers if maintained properly overall a great stay with all the activities they have one can spend a very pleas stay with them

the resort ambience and interior is quite good but some necessary service like small refrigerator washroom latch was also missing rice was also little semi cooked some service needs to be worked on rest all good it's a great place with great view and it connects you with the nature

It was really a very terrible experience. I would never recommend anyone to visit. Pathetic food, deluxe room doesn't look like deluxe rooms. It more of looks like a 3rd graderoom. Not even basic tea or coffee sachet provided in room. Not many people visit here obviously for bad experience they don't get repeat visitors

The property is not well Maini tainted. We suffered multiple issues with the property and staff. While we were sleeping the wooden frame hanging Abhi be the table fell down on it own . When we ere closing the curtains the rod on which they were hanging came out. Also the staff experience was very bad. Some staff member entered our room with common key card that they have which was very unethical and unexpected. They totally ruined the experience . When u made complains they did not acknowledge it in any easy possible . The resort is charging bomb according to the service they’re offering. I paid 16000 for 2 nights and I felt it all got wasted. Don’t visit this property. Worst experience

Okay, whatever description is mention on MakeMyTrip. We didn't get such a room. The facilities are mentioned in MakeMyTrip and then there was no arrangement. They clearly said that this is the mistake by the make my trip and we cannot do that we get only normal room and I paid for executive deluxe room with the bathtub and which was very, very, very, very terrible experience.
