Review: Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend for Families or Groups We stayed at this property over the weekend, and unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected based on the booking details. There was no mention anywhere that the living rooms did not have air conditioning. Given the weather, this made it quite uncomfortable to spend time in the common areas. Additionally, the layout of the property was quite inconvenient — the bedrooms and the living areas were on two completely different levels. This became particularly difficult to manage as one of our friends is pregnant, and frequent movement between levels was exhausting. There were also no basic amenities provided to contact staff for assistance, which was especially problematic given the property’s multi-level setup. The rooms did not have a refrigerator, and there was no independent access to the kitchen — everything had to go through the staff. The cooking staff initially asked for a mutually convenient time to serve meals, but they would prepare the food well in advance according to their own convenience. As a result, the meals, including the rotis/chapatis, were often served cold. Another major concern was the lack of housekeeping. During our two-night stay, the rooms were not cleaned even once. The high tea setup near our bedroom level on the first evening — including the cups, kettle, and used plates — was only cleared the following day around lunchtime. Overall, while the property itself may look nice at first glance, the lack of communication about key details, poor service, and minimal upkeep made our stay quite disappointing. I would not recommend this property, especially for families, groups with elderly members, or anyone expecting basic comfort and service quality.

Overall stay was satisfactory, not that great not that bad. Though it could have been better provided they have taken few proactive actions like cleaning the room and washrooms. TV in the hall was very small and tata sky was not working, thankfully we have got our own mini projector. No kettle in the room, doors lock in bad condition, bed mattress is not at all comfortable. Rooms were separate. You have to come out and go next door. These small gaps could be fulfilled by saffron stays to make stays more pleasant.

The property was very aesthetic. The caretaker tanhaji was very kind and took care of us very well.

Very bad hosptality & even worse food

It was very average stay. The food is too expensive and the service is not upto the mark.

The place itself is calm and therapeutic. The views from the villa are breathtaking, and they are pet friendly too. The caretaker is a humble gentleman with a perennial smile and warmth. They cook only vegetarian, and the food and hi tea we had were quite tasty. Could use some more maintenance, but nothing much to complain.

Excellent place. Breathtaking views. Caretaker mr. Tanhaji takes very good care of everything. Food was excellent as well. Only downside is the approach road which is not good by once you're there the views more than make up for it. Highly recommended stay !

Would definitely recommend to my friends and family members, and will revisit as well

Only 1 room attached with bedroom. Qt-he rise away from 2 nd bed room. Not all electric points connected with generator. Generator making lot of noise. No access to kitchen. This proterty is not worth above rs 7000. Exttra rs 2000 per person is too much. Water froce was too low. If you are more than 4 persons then this property os not worth.

Everything was excellent, but tv was not working and floor was wet and slippery
