TBH this is NOT a 4 star hotel/resort based on the pricing and the amenities they provide. * The luxury rooms are a joke, there is nothing luxury about them due to the following reasons: 1. The curtains don't tackle the light. 2. Cleanliness of the washroom is worst, always smelling. 3. Dirty bedsheets and smelling pillows. * Now, the view. It's nothing, just a normal view, don't expect much. * The outside sitting area doesn't make sense because of the mosquitos. You just can't sit outside. * Hot water was not always available and the water pressure was too low. * Would advise that you eat outside. Food is not upto the mark. * The swimming pool had green water due to the rain but if they advertise themselves as a 4 STAR place, they should maintain it. * They should remove TV from the room. It doesn't work most of the time and the placement of the TV is way too high * The pictures they have posted are OLD, don't decide based on them. Overall, it was fine. I had to compromise and adjust to be able to stay there. They can do much better. Thank God, they serve alcohol otherwise, it would have been difficult to stay there.

Good Stay
Property is Good. Property is on Nashik Highway almost 12 km from igatpuri. Huts were cleaned but need little more maintenance as spiderweb was everywhere at exterior part of hut. Room Service is little slow but staff is very good and helpful. Food and breakfast was good. view is decent and you can spend time outside sitting area

Charming Stay with Room for Improvement
I recently stayed at The Herb Farm by Curry Leaves and truly enjoyed the overall experience. The cottage stay was cozy and comfortable, and the highlight for me was the machan-style seating—sitting there and watching the rain was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The resort has a lot of potential and scenic beauty. Watching the train pass by during the day added a nice charm to the setting. However, I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 due to a few things that took away from the overall experience. While they offer cycles and recreational facilities like TT and a basketball pole, unfortunately, the cycles weren’t maintained, the TT wasn’t operational, and the basketball had no ball. A few items from the food menu were also unavailable, which was slightly disappointing. One major issue was the noise at night—since the resort is right next to the railway track and highway, the loud train and traffic sounds disturbed my sleep and didn’t allow for the relaxing night I was hoping for. Despite these hiccups, the property has a lovely vibe and with a little more attention to upkeep and noise control, it could offer a truly rejuvenating getaway.

Superior luxury is really well maintained , with nice greenery view . Very good place for family and even friends .pool was clean and also they have good food with very good view restaurant.

My stay in a luxury cottage at The Herb Farm, Igatpuri, was largely peaceful. I really appreciated the serene natural setting and the helpful, friendly staff. Dinner was also quite good, and the pool was a nice touch. However, the "luxury" in the cottage felt a bit overstated due to dated decor. There was some noise from the nearby highway and railway, and the breakfast could definitely be better. It's a solid choice for a quiet escape if you're looking for nature and good service over modern amenities.

Overall a pleasant stay. Do read Before going
The property was well maintained. The staff was exceptionally cooperative. some food items were not as of expectation such as sizzling brownie. The pool depth was only suitable for adults (5ft deep). We went with the family and we didn't have any issues during our stay. We enjoyed it a lot. The definite turn down was the bed size and cushion quality. It gave us all the backaches we could dream of. No fan, only AC that too is not managed with remote control. Fixed temperature. I think that might have caused the backache along with cushions. The shak being treehouse(ish) setting, do expect various bugs and mosquitos. Carry and plan accordingly. A swimming costume is a must. Overall, we were happy as the kids enjoyed playing in the sand.

Hotel on Highway having lot of traffic noise
Lake view facing rooms are actually highway facing rooms which makes most disappointment. Cost higher as compared with the location. Staff polite and co-operative. Food quality is good

food is great but room was not clean properly and when visited tv and Ac was not working and later they changed room bit still faced some issue with tv. hot water is not available

Excellent Stay
Out stay was excellent and the staff very friendly. They provided us with everything that we asked at the last minute too. The food ofcourse was amazing and the quantity worth the price. We would surely book this place again sometime in rainy season as they have a fantastic location of the amazing lake view and the macchan they have made.

Terrible Stay
The property was completely different. There was no such property with the name herb farm and there was no cleanliness and very unsafe as it had no fences and no security guard at the entrance. Looking at the property, I decided not to stay here and requested for refund which never got processed even after calling so many times at MakeMyTrip support. Really upset with the way my concern was not even heard by anyone and will try never to use the MakeMyTrip app in future.

Not so wrothy
they don't have parking, it's too right to park in such a small space , few guests have parked their vehicles outside the vicinity close to the highway. Even the bedsheet was also not changed and it feels like they have placed the same old which were used by the previous guests. The lizard was there in the washroom and it made my family uncomfortable , later on they tried to find it but it disappeared. AC was not cooling enough and is not able to cool the room . I have checked out from there and not stayed due to all this . The staff was nice , very comfortable to talk to but the overall experience was not worth it.
