Review Of Mountain Shadow Resort

The room view was not up to the mark as shown in the pictures. I had to shift my room once because the landline phone was not working, but even after changing, there were issues with the new room – the exhaust fan was not working. The food was good over all I can give average rating for my stay .

Hotel location is very good, right in front of the mountain. Food was tasty but expensive a little.

Our overall experience at Mountain Shadow Resort was really good. The place is spacious and situated at a scenic location near a hill with a waterfall. Rooms are a bit small, but cozy. Network can be an issue sometime and so is the wifi, however the food is better along with service which is quick. Overall i would give 4 star for this place

Rooms are clean and service is good. Restaurant food is excellent but costly which is common in many resorts. Infact they should include buffet system in the package. Issue with certain Garden and Mountain views rooms on ground and first floor is that the view gets blocked by the games room which is right across the street. Swimming pool is okay. Parking is spacious. Air Hockey game should have been free too. Location is excellent and weather is rainy season is worth it.

Food is not upto the mark. Lunch hall is too small to handle large crowd at a time as per the capacity of the resort. Booked room was changed at the last minute due to leakage.

The drive to this place is beautiful. The property is excellent with a very scenic view. The amenities are good over here. It’s a perfect place for families or couples. There are few cons though 1 is the restaurant serve only vegetarian food. There is no non-which food available or is allowed in the property. Also there are no alcoholic beverages allowed in the property. However, I did see a few people with beer cans outside their rooms, one of the big Negatives that I felt with this property was they have extremely loud pool bodies starting in the evening all the way till 10 PM, I requested the reception staff to do something about it, but I don’t think could help personally feel for such a scenic place such a loud blaring music pool party, which is going across the property and the entire area is a bit sad. Apart from this, I love the property and the service over at the hotel

Very well maintained, clean and beautiful place. Closer to the mountains, very good climate. Good service and good food. We tried indian, italian and chinese and all were tasty and good quality. Only the size of the pool could be bigger

Awesome location in the foothills of the mountains. All rooms are suit rooms but they are dated and small. Frequent power cuts with no power backup. Taste of food could be better

Its a very good resort , property is well maintained spacious , especially tents are very nice , spacious , clean and lot of space in front of tent with lush green lawn . Almost all indoor outdoor activities are present like cycling ,swimming pool, table tennis , carrom , chess etc Restaurant is good with nice food and good service . Complementary breakfast was very good .

Our veg-food requirement was well catered too, as they offer only veq multi-cuisine food spread. The resort exceeded our expectations with its well-appointed rooms 52 rooms), but also had luxury tents (19 tents), and top-notch amenities, like games room, conference hall, grass lawns for a game of tennis ball cricket. The dedicated team ensured our stay was nothing short of exceptional! Location, food, ambiance is very good. Breakfast time needs to be preponed. Breakfast starting at 8. 30 am is too late for guests with business trip. Even room service is not available in early morning hours.
