Food taste was good. Respond to Room service request was quick. Music near pool area was enjoyed by kids. Small correction in sofa size and placement of TV can be improved further.

The location of the resort is perfect & scenic. Surrounded by mountains with waterfalls. Garden Suite where we stayed was perfect for 3 of us. Food was good & tasty. Wide variety was offered in buffet. Perfect gift to me on my birthday from my wife & son. Only one complaint regarding body moisturiser which was not of good quality. A strange odour was experienced by my family. Try to improve. Overall stay & ambience was perfect for 2 days outing. Staff was generous & polite in all the departments.

Resort located at a very nice view point surrounded by hills. The property is maintained very well with vibrant energy . Veg restaurant provides variety of food choice and the quality and quantity is well.

The location is outstanding. Everyone who resides in Mumbai or Pune or Nashik should visit this place specially during monsoon.

The location is secluded and that’s the beauty of it. Surrounded by mountains, the resort is the best weekend gateway. They serve only vegetarian food but it tastes really amazing. Rooms are near and clean and staff is helpful.

We will visit again soon. the swimming pool is very nice and the views the mountain touches heart.. we don't wanted to go home..it was that homelike friendly service. the food quality n quantity 👌👌👌👌. the buffet breakfast was ,👍👍👍 delicious ...,⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The room view was not up to the mark as shown in the pictures. I had to shift my room once because the landline phone was not working, but even after changing, there were issues with the new room – the exhaust fan was not working. The food was good over all I can give average rating for my stay .

Hotel location is very good, right in front of the mountain. Food was tasty but expensive a little.

Our overall experience at Mountain Shadow Resort was really good. The place is spacious and situated at a scenic location near a hill with a waterfall. Rooms are a bit small, but cozy. Network can be an issue sometime and so is the wifi, however the food is better along with service which is quick. Overall i would give 4 star for this place

Rooms are clean and service is good. Restaurant food is excellent but costly which is common in many resorts. Infact they should include buffet system in the package. Issue with certain Garden and Mountain views rooms on ground and first floor is that the view gets blocked by the games room which is right across the street. Swimming pool is okay. Parking is spacious. Air Hockey game should have been free too. Location is excellent and weather is rainy season is worth it.

Food is not upto the mark. Lunch hall is too small to handle large crowd at a time as per the capacity of the resort. Booked room was changed at the last minute due to leakage.

The drive to this place is beautiful. The property is excellent with a very scenic view. The amenities are good over here. It’s a perfect place for families or couples. There are few cons though 1 is the restaurant serve only vegetarian food. There is no non-which food available or is allowed in the property. Also there are no alcoholic beverages allowed in the property. However, I did see a few people with beer cans outside their rooms, one of the big Negatives that I felt with this property was they have extremely loud pool bodies starting in the evening all the way till 10 PM, I requested the reception staff to do something about it, but I don’t think could help personally feel for such a scenic place such a loud blaring music pool party, which is going across the property and the entire area is a bit sad. Apart from this, I love the property and the service over at the hotel

The overall experience was good Location wise it's excellent and stay was also comfortable .Food quality is too good However The House keeping is not up to the mark.Overall we would be glad to recommend to our friends Regards

Very well maintained, clean and beautiful place. Closer to the mountains, very good climate. Good service and good food. We tried indian, italian and chinese and all were tasty and good quality. Only the size of the pool could be bigger
