The only good thing was food. Staff behavior was also good. But the room was really poor. It was all with damp walls, non functional door lock, wash basin leaking. When requested for room change, initially they told no room available. Later they had shown another room but it had similar issues. All their ground floor rooms look to have this issue. Avoid ground floor rooms specially in monsoon. what disappointed us more is the fact that when we checked in, there were not much guests, still they gave such room and guests who came later were given other rooms

We had a great time at Camel Valley Resort, Igatpuri! The rooms are very big, clean, and comfortable. The moment you enter, it feels fresh and spacious. The kids' pool is large and safe – our children really enjoyed it. The food was very tasty. The mutton roganjosh was amazing – highly recommended! The staff was polite, friendly, and always ready to help. There are nice wooden games to enjoy indoors, and the bird park is very beautiful – full of colourful birds and well-maintained. It's something special that you don’t find in most resorts. The cool and foggy weather in Igatpuri made the experience even better. Peaceful, relaxing, and close to nature. I would surely recommend Camel Valley Resort to anyone visiting Igatpuri. It’s perfect for a family trip or a quiet weekend getaway.

Rooms were clean & very spacious. We upgraded our room to Aviary View Suite & it was something very different – birds right outside the window... totally unique experience. Staff was very polite & helpful. Food was very good too. Parrot World, Bunny Village & other activities were fun – kids loved it. They have unique wooden games. Very big size, Neat and clean swiming Pool. Property is peaceful, well maintained, perfect for family stay. Highly recommended. Will definitely visit again. Thanks

The property is very old and not maintained. The ambience does not justice the price. Either they should improve or cut down on price. They failed to provide what I ordered in breakfast. The only good thing is to mention that they didn't charged for water.

Very nice and certain... good ambience and indoor games... We stayed in suite room which was too spacious and had snacks n water bottles included. Room service too quick and nice staff

The property is old still they are trying to maintain it by doing some painting work and daily unavoidable maintenance. Cushions, pillows were not good. We asked them to change but then they never came. walls dampened due to rain. Breakfast was really good. Swimming pool was ok. I would suggest to check out other properties nearby.

I booked 2 bhk penthouse ,No electricity whole night no generator,we was told to shift to another apartment,it was full leakage smell of damp, moisture wetness,so we came back to our apartment,with no electricity and light whole night,rest food was ok,they gave us in room

Very good room and clean too. Surroundings are good though they should work on clearing the entrance there is a road leading to the resort but very unmanaged. Also staff is not great they speak rudely especially the manager. They say directly that due to check out day there will be no cleaning done. After calling 100 times we got room service. Table tennis is still not available. Biggest shock was there wasn't any buffet lunch as mentioned. For everything there is long waiting. Very poor and slow management. Games are good but there is no game room. Only their aviary park is good. Dont go seeing the reels on instagram. Because they show unreal stuff. Still it will take years to actually become a good resort and definitely management Should go and learn how to speak first.

Location of resort is Very Good. The staff is very cooperative, particularly the restaurant staff takes care of each and everyone. Food is excellent. Amenities are great.

The food quality was really good and staff was very cooperative. Flaws- They show good furnished room of influencers and rather provide you a very bad quality room in some isolated area. Inspite telling them to change the room, they didn’t bother to do so. The room was outdated and was in need of renovation. We paid for a luxury experience and received a motel-level stay.

Location and food is great. Some renovation is in progress, so I think, all amenities would be ready in some time. Services are also good and staff is very helpful. Nice resort campus for family activities. Overall nice stay!

⭐️ Minus Stars — Avoid at All Costs! Our experience at Camel Valley Resort was a complete disaster. We had booked two rooms after confirming details directly with the manager, Rahul, who gave us glowing assurances that turned out to be completely false. What we got was nothing like the pictures on their website or what was promised. Instead, we were placed in damp, unfinished rooms that were clearly under renovation, with peeling walls, no precautions against rain, broken toilets, and absolutely no amenities. The so-called mini-bar? Just two sad items from generic brands. No art, no lighting, no comfort — just a stripped, neglected space that should never have been given to guests. The pool was equally appalling, with cloudy water, garbage scattered around, and no lifeguard on duty. Just a clueless security guard who knew nothing about the pool. To top it off, kids fell into a hole in the children’s pool within 10 minutes. There were no showers, no towels, and no hygiene or safety measures in place. After a lot of arguing, we were shifted to new rooms — better decorated, yes, but the toilets still didn’t work, and basic standards were missing. The fridge was noisy, the service dismissive, and Rahul — the manager who had made all the promises — refused to meet us or take responsibility. In short, Camel Valley Resort is a scam dressed up as a retreat. The resort's advertising is misleading, its infrastructure is in disrepair, and its management refuses to take responsibility. We left feeling cheated, disappointed, and deeply frustrated. Do yourself a favour—book somewhere else.
