Room service poor all Washroom are not clean staff Serives I request to all other members don’t go in this resort he just take high price of the room but quality are poor. Food is good only loction also best not value for money.

We stayed for a night over the weekend and found the property easy to locate via Google Maps. The hotel is welcoming and well-maintained, with impressive service throughout. The food was excellent, and the restaurant staff stood out for their warm hospitality — they were accommodating and attentive to our special requests. Overall amenities, including room service and reception, were efficient, respectful, and proactive. A pleasant and comfortable stay!

had gone with family and pet dog had an excellent experience the place is located very close to highway has excellent spacious rooms very good ambience tasty and reasonable food the staff is very polite and humble prompt service the place also has a big pool and garden and overall an amazing experience , a must visit place , highly recommended

Stay was good. View was awesome. Food is costly but tasty. Birds view was costly and worthless to pay 300 re per person.

The only good thing was food. Staff behavior was also good. But the room was really poor. It was all with damp walls, non functional door lock, wash basin leaking. When requested for room change, initially they told no room available. Later they had shown another room but it had similar issues. All their ground floor rooms look to have this issue. Avoid ground floor rooms specially in monsoon. what disappointed us more is the fact that when we checked in, there were not much guests, still they gave such room and guests who came later were given other rooms

We had a great time at Camel Valley Resort, Igatpuri! The rooms are very big, clean, and comfortable. The moment you enter, it feels fresh and spacious. The kids' pool is large and safe – our children really enjoyed it. The food was very tasty. The mutton roganjosh was amazing – highly recommended! The staff was polite, friendly, and always ready to help. There are nice wooden games to enjoy indoors, and the bird park is very beautiful – full of colourful birds and well-maintained. It's something special that you don’t find in most resorts. The cool and foggy weather in Igatpuri made the experience even better. Peaceful, relaxing, and close to nature. I would surely recommend Camel Valley Resort to anyone visiting Igatpuri. It’s perfect for a family trip or a quiet weekend getaway.

Rooms were clean & very spacious. We upgraded our room to Aviary View Suite & it was something very different – birds right outside the window... totally unique experience. Staff was very polite & helpful. Food was very good too. Parrot World, Bunny Village & other activities were fun – kids loved it. They have unique wooden games. Very big size, Neat and clean swiming Pool. Property is peaceful, well maintained, perfect for family stay. Highly recommended. Will definitely visit again. Thanks

The property is very old and not maintained. The ambience does not justice the price. Either they should improve or cut down on price. They failed to provide what I ordered in breakfast. The only good thing is to mention that they didn't charged for water.
