Accommodation is just okay to the price. Floorings and washrooms design are poor to price. No fun’s to explore after one day. Hospitality is good. Lots of fun activities for both adults and kids. Overall a good experience.

The property is awesome....however food options for non veg are limited. Cleanliness could be better.

The stay was excellent. Spacious rooms, exquisite property filled with greenery around and lots of outdoor games plus indoor games. Not to miss the authentic and delicious food.

It is overall a good staycation for the full family. Good food, good services, good hospitality with all amenities. There is nothing to go out of hotels since all our needs are available inside the hotel itself.

Property is good but amenities such as games room etc are not well maintained. Even buildinh where we stayed at first floor require painting and renovation. Food is Good but lack options

lunch and dinner food should be improved, menu list should be have more option, taste of food should be improved have different flavours and variety

Property is not maintained. Rooms are not cleaned. Not very pleasant stay inspite of paying high room tarrif.

Ac Was Not Working technician had came to solve but he had no idea what was the problem he started the ac temporarily but later it again turned off

Great option for staycation. They serve best food and the services are best along witb spa. Much recommended.

I recently stayed at Tropical Retreat Resort, Igatpuri, and it was a truly fantastic experience. The food was absolutely delicious – we enjoyed lunch, dinner, and breakfast during our stay. Whether it was Indian or Chinese cuisine, every dish was prepared perfectly and full of flavor. The resort has a game room packed with activities like table tennis, pool, air hockey, carrom, and foosball – so many options that one stay isn’t enough to try them all! The outdoor activities were just as exciting, with dashing cars, archery, and several more fun options to keep everyone entertained. One of the most magical moments was at midnight, when the entire resort was covered in fog as the clouds descended – even though it’s not on a hilltop, the atmosphere felt surreal. The resort doesn’t have a disco, but we were lucky during our visit as the bar area, equipped with disco lights, music systems, and a courteous DJ, was empty. The DJ happily played songs just for us, and our whole family enjoyed a private party atmosphere. The highlight of the resort is definitely the temperature-controlled swimming pool. Since we visited in August, the weather was quite cold, and we wouldn’t have normally let our kids swim. But thanks to the climate-controlled pool, not just the kids but even we adults had a wonderful time. Overall, I would highly recommend this resort to families and groups. My only suggestion is – one night is not enough! To fully enjoy everything the resort has to offer, plan for at least a 2-night stay.

we stayed with my family with a 5 year old toddler. I would definitely recommend the resort. it was totally worth it. The food..the fun activities both I door and out door. Also the hospitality was good. services were also upto the mark

overall excellent but heated swimming pool was not kept cleaner for the public use in this whether 🙄 and choice for food can be more exploring with current choice like Japanese too can be included.

I had booked suite room. But quality of a room was just like standard room. Room was not at all clean i had to call them to change bedsheet. There were red ants n many more things
