Overall too much problems Bed sheets are very very bad conditions

1.we booked 3 rooms but this resort doesnt have 3 separate rooms, they provide 2 rooms combined separated inside by a door. it was uncomfortable to share a room with stranger just a door apart 2. no intercom facility inside the room 3. no toiletries except a cheap medimix soap 4. no pressure to health faucet in toilet 5. wi fi never connected 6. the contact person whose number is provided behind the room door was not well mannered 7.food quality very average

We had a brief stay at the Green Heritage resort. The location is a 30 minutes drive from Igatpuri. The resort has a very good location. The views are superb and scenic. One can visit Vaitarna Lake and Jhamba dam, which are nearby. The views are breath taking. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The food is good and is freshly prepared; though the dishes are limited. The staff is good and helpful. Service is good, but can be improved. Hot water kettle for drinking water is not available. It would help if the same can be made available. Plus you will need to your own vehicle here. Public transport is not available. Parking space is ample. Overall a very relaxing and satisfying stay. We will visit again for sure.

The place is wonderful and very picturesque. Food is also very good. The facility is very good to host private functions. It has very well maintained 10 rooms.

Resort is tooo good surrounding also good. Food quality is awesome. Really nice place. All staff are very much humble and service is very fast.

The property is nice but the rooms are pretty bad. The mattress are bad, poor cleanliness. We got the whole bed sheet and bed covers changed. Bathrooms have cobwebs. Overall it was an avg stay experience.

It was great and comfortable stay only 2 points which I think can be worked on, 1. Food need to be worked on 2. ⁠there is sound from next room that need to re looked

The green heritage igatpuri stay was relaxed and the balance of economy with ambience. The entrance is big and the restaurant is the first with reception. The staff is polite, helpful and energetic. They do the job when instructed properly. Food is good depending on your taste. Breakfast is from 9am to 19am so waking up early for breakfast is not recommended as kitchen staff comes at 8am as they are locals. The rooms are roomy with lots of height and lots of natural light if you keep the curtains open, the veranda is enough for 6-10 people for having tea. We had a bonfire on 2 nights, but you need to inform the staff to arrange it for you. The swimming pool is good and safe for kids, big enough for swimming and enjoyment. The place has lots of trees of chafa flowers which creates a beautiful scented ambience in the morning and evening. The hotel is next to the state highway so easily located. National highway is 12 kms from the hotel so if you want to enjoy other food you have to travel at least 12 kms and go towards shirdi sinnar highway and cross a railway overbridge where there are lots of good hotels with different cuisines and options available for food. The stay was relaxed and fulfilling.

1) food is the worst over here, hair in breakfast, portion is too small and charges are too high 2) tea and coffee is not served hot 3) lot of amenities mentioned is not available like hot kettle, shampoo etc

Amazing place to stay. Very happy with it.

The location was good but service was average, breakfast was not a buffet, one-time place food was limited in options but good.

Our stay was very pleasant even with incessant rainfall. Location of this resort is excellent and in solitude. Staff are very friendly and helpful (akash, sagar, vijay etc. Think of the place as a jungle resort with limited capabilities (food options taste etc) but a clean and decent place for a relaxed vacation.

Bed sheets weren’t clean. Washroom didn’t have toiletries as mentioned in caption of property

Stay is good but there should be one intercom, small fridge, electric tea kettle. I am not satisfied with the food since we have booked dinner and breakfast with stay but there is no meaning since no starter, no sweet nothing in food. It's better to book room only and enjoy food on order from some where else.

We had a wonderful stay at the green heritage. The location is awesome. Very beautiful. Food was great and good rooms. The staff, all local, are very helpful. Very prompt and take great care of you. Highly recomnended. Just take your car. This is off the road. Public transport is not recommended.

Food was terrible, it ca not swallowed . Never had this quality of food , for thease type of food they are charging as an five star hotel price . Location is good , room is good . Hygiene is also at low standard . Need to improve. There is no network at this whole location . If you are doing check in after 8 pm , it is going to horrible experience . Hotel was locked at lights was off . I will be not coming here next time , Rest on you all . Good luck🤞

Service is extremely bad. Staff is non cooperative. They deny the smallest of requests. Very basic things were not there. Like tea you won’t get before 8. 30am, for breakfast they served bread omelette without butter. There was no electricity for almost half the day intermittently. Also communication is a problem since there is no network. Basics like towels, water, soap, they would give only on asking.

Good and big cottage rooms, garden lawn with few outdoor games for childrens. Situated near to mountains and dam water on backside. Good food and supportive staff.

A good location surrounded by mountains. Tasty food was there staff was also having good politeness. We have enjoyed amenities there. Overall perfect stay
