Jayshin Lake Vaitarna Igatpuri Resort

The location was good , views were scenic , property was maintained in good conditioned. I believe if there was an option for check in and check out times to be flexible it would have been really helpful. In night the lights around the resort were not bright enough especially around the pool area. Food was good , but some items were stale and even the soft drinks were expired so this needs to be taken care of. First aid medicines were also available. Overall it was a goof experience for the price we got through MMT

Only location matters here, otherwise no value for what they charge. Room was not maintained, Hot water was not flowing, food was pathetic, as no variety in the main course or in breakfast. Outside area is not maintained.

I really loved the place! The service was fantastic, and the food was awesome. I did have a little trouble with the AC in my room at first, but they quickly switched me to a new room and even upgraded me. Plus, the view out of my room was just incredible!om the room was spectaculas

There was nothing to do in the resorts..Due to rains, the resort area was slippery and was not cleaned well for the same. The stray dog inside the resort area was frightening .. Indoor games etc were not working. Winter could be a good time to visit here.

we were offered a really bad room ,we were told to get deluxe room but we didn't get.. pillow was full of fungus

The ground floor rooms are not planned properly- there is no privacy as the windows open into the corridor. Staff refused to give me first floor room despite they all being vacant. Google maps location on MMT is wrong. Food is good.

The resort is beautiful but little outside of main area,food was amezing dinner and breakfast the property is very good and the atmosphere is excellent also room was very clean and nice

Good scenes, great food and very cooperative staff, it was a pleasant stay. They have a great pool as well. Rooms are okay but the view makes up for it.

Location is the key. Awesome weather during july august. Rooms are spacious and clean ; washrooms were clean. Complementary food included in package was good. Limited options available if you want to order anything else from hotel. Swimming pool is big and has a baby pool. Perfect for families and couples.

Room was poorly maintained, lacking cleanliness and comfort. No warm food available, menu limited. Service was slow and unhelpful, staff lacked courtesy. Overall, disappointing experience—not worth the money spent

Our stay at this place was pleasant. The location was really nice and the rooms were big but the bathroom was really small. Food was decent for a night’s stay. There must be others options outside the resort but we opted not to go out looking due to rain

location is very excellent. For those who want peace and tranquility it's perfect. Bit off from main road but worth the trouble. Resort is well maintained. Food is ok ok. staff is helpful Mr Pawar took care of all our extra requests including making food for our doggy Simba.

Location has to be the prettiest, has a lot of amenities but the food was something they were missing on. Management wasn’t how it was expected to be.

Property is good but need to be improve service and need to maintain property bcz we faced electricity back up problem. Food quality, hygiene should be maintain properly.

Idyllic location if you get the right room with a balcony and good view. I was in E5. No traffic sounds, pure nature with rustling trees and chirping birds. Drive to the place was intriguing with narrow road having water body on both sides. Rough patches near hotel otherwise a pleasant drive. Food was good. Two guests receive just one bottle of water and extra is overcharged. No good shops nearby so carry required eatables and drinks. Rooms good but shabby too. Timings not as shown on MMT hence caused some inconvenience with checkin and cleaning. Good place if you just want to relax with nature for company. Lake point is beautiful.

Amazing experience. 10/10 stay. Food is little costly. Rooms are clean and location is amazing. Loved it. 8/10 Food. 9/10 Swimming pool. 10/10 location. 9/10 staff support.

The only redeeming feature was the size of the room. The food was quite good. And only Shivram mama made us feel welcomed. The reception was not aware that we had booked our rooms with breakfast. That led to unpleasant and unnecessary arguments at 8pm when we checked in. Very few rooms could see the lake. There was water bottle in the room without glasses. No telephone. TV was like a computer monitor and one of them had bad reception which they couldn't do much about it. One room had no remote. They definitely need to do much better on services and hospitality.

resort is very good, rooms , food and overall property is good, can definitely go for it..tye location is excellent..near to lake
