I would never recommend this place to any one No indoor games (false information mentioned on MMT portal) Frequently electricity issues With DG also not working on time I changed my room thrice due to terrible conditions of the room Sometimes TV sometimes AC and what not No doubt it was a good location But pathetic in terms of quality and services The manager of the resort tried to help us a-lot But i think its management never visits the place to see if all the facilities are working or not Even the door locks were not working It felt like the Swimming pool was not cleared since months. I didn't took any risk to enter the pool Because all the insects in pool booked pool before us. You can literally See the water leakage and you can actually see the water drops dripping on the wall and give the wall a different texture We got the worst experience even after paying double the price It was waste of time, money and holiday boys group can manage but Families will have difficult time there Good part: manager and staff tried to help us at their best Food: Quality of food was very good Location: the overall place is good with its location but the management needs to work to make it best for the customers

Location of this property is 10/10. Food is good. There is no other dhaba or tapri nearby so you are dependent on their restaurant. WiFi coverage is low. Rooms size is ok but require more cleanliness.

my checkin was on 11 july 2025 and check out on 12 july. My overall experience was bad. 1. property is not well maintained 2. swimming pool was not well maintained 3. food is not good 4. room is not maintained not suggest to stay here

The property is in a beautiful location with scenic surroundings. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, though we noticed some minor water leakage on the walls, likely due to the rainy season. The swimming pool was clean and easily accessible. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The food was okay, though there’s room for improvement in variety and taste.

The property was very understaffed plus the AC there took forever to cool..first they gave us a room which was very dirty and all houseflies was there and the flush was also not working when we complained they told us that the property is full and no rooms are available when we told them that we'll put all this in review suddenly a room became available...the management is very very bad..food was ok...I will never recommend it to anyone

Not at all value for money they take. First thing they take entire amount in advance. I paid which is already very high for of season in Mar. What went wrong? 1.) Approaching road to the resort is pathetic. Actually practically there is no road connecting resort only stones thrown on the way. 2.) Noboby at reception, then after shouting somebody comes to receive you. 3.) Room not clean, spiderwebs on lamps, dustbin not washed for many months 4.) Ac not working properly even for it's temperature set to 16. 5.) TV not working some technical issue 6.) WiFi not available some technical issue. 7.) Room sliding not getting locked, safety issue Lake is there but already half of it is dried. Also there is not proper approaching path from the resort to the lake. Food was OK edible. If there are so many things not working then why are they changing so much. We had to checkout in few hours after there was safety issue. Sincerely I am writing this review so that nobody else should be looted by this resort. Please don't not go to this resort, despite so many drawbacks and of season they charge high and don't provide refund. Safety is most important everything else could be compromised.

Very bad service, place is not maintained, not good food even room and wc cleanliness is very bad, water pressure in toilet very low, I have to use hands for cleaning Dogs in canteen area, lots of debries in swumming pool, I have not taken pic of room and bathroom, Even i have booked for two night but stayed only one night.

It's not a maintained property. The room court had no shed, ceilings were leaky, blankets and curtains were dirty.

It was in the nature. Close to lake. Close to hills. Food was not that great, but ok to be managed. Check in was quick.

Property was at good location and the size of the property was good too but season matters here as it is not any business hotel or enclosed property. Nearby natural lake as seen in photos was completely dry and surrounding mountains were not green at all. Property was spacious but there was no intercom available also there is no proper t mobile network in the area being remote. Pool was good but was there were no people may be they did not maintain it or clean it even when we asked them too. There are lots of flies and tree leaves carried by strong wind into the pool. Food was tasty and good. Rooms are spacious and good but need to maintain as inside look is not quite pleasant when we look at the walls. Customer safety need to be taken care of by management because there are lots of scorpios and small creatures around. Property is still under development and will be a very good option to consider probably in next 2-3 years when it is fully developed.

The resort is actually awesome. Food quality is also good. Very much peaceful place. Must visit in rainiy and winter season.

Location is good but lil bit far from main area. Food was also nice, staff is polite, there is no mobile network only jio works, wifi was not working in between, hence faced some issue. Because of dam repair no water in lake missed that, overall good experience, will visit in monsoon.

Really amazed by the hospitality, the team made sure of everything including my pet. One of the best experience so far, good job guys!
