Location is good. Rooms are upkept nicely. Good and Courteous staff, only veg tasty kitchen. Network connectivity is poor. also free wifi provided by resort is poor inside the room. Wifi boosters are definitely needs to be imstalled near the rooms.

We had excellent experience at The Grand Resort...The rooms were very cosy and the staff were friendly too... We had been with our dad, who is 80 years old. The staff continuously stood with us for help, and we could comfortably leave Papa with them and go around. The food was also very yummy. Amenities and a play area were also good enough to keep you busy.. Bcz we were with dad could notice few things which they can still upgrade like a few facilities in the room, like fridge, brushes, hand towels, body lotion, and better operating washroom shower panel... Not to deny , almost everything was just a call away, but asking for basics doesn't feel good. As generally all hotels provide it, we went there expecting it would be available... The market is far away, so you yourself cannot arrange it. You have to ask for it.. Can give 4.5/5 The overall experience was very nice and relaxing..

Very nice hotel for stat, very clean, very big property. There is some problem in regarding food, I was got good food in afternoon but dinner time, i have not got food and they have limited water in the night time.

Not a good experience

I booked pool side room for 2 nights. My stay was excellent until i come across the discussion with hotel manager Mr. Ashok. I went to request him that if he can extend my check out time till 4:00 pm (without any charges) as i have my return train at 6.30 pm. I am with my family here. The normal check out time is 9.30 am which surprisingly too early as compared to other normal hotels/resorts. The resort is totally empty and there are no bookings with them during the period which i stayed. Still they are not ready to extend my check out time at 4.00 pm.The resort is at remote place and there is no other place where you can take your family to spare time. The only option they have left for me is to sit at their reception counter with my family and luggage. I was expecting cooperation from the Hotel staff. I paid 5000/- per night and as per Mr. Ashok, he is asking Rs. 3500/- just for 4 hours late check out. Aren’t they just looting the guests? Is this logical? Hope resort management will take some step on this. At least they should be flexible with check out time when they are not carrying bookings.

All of us in the family went to stay there, 9 of us. 6 adults and 3 kids and the room service/ housekeeping was very good. We felt the food at the restaurant was overpriced considering the taste and preparation. Also the resort premises were well maintained and clean, including the indoor play area and the swimming pool. Though the female at the reception was rude and impolite, the check in formalities were smooth and quick. And the restaurant people made special arrangements for lunch and dinner considering our request for meals as a family. Thumbs up for that as well.

good huge clean rooms. Good ambience. overall great experience. It's good in monsoon time. swimming pool was good along with recreation. good breakfast but suggest take package including meals. Only rooms didn't have toiletry items like soaps instead they had liquid soap. Rest all good.

Stay was good, food was good, my kid enjoyed archery & chess. Caution: Ask for the menu for prices etc Make my trip commercial were better than direct hotel charges Check for pool water cleanliness

Good Stay

the location is in a quiet, serene surrounding. peaceful location to stay. Rooms are spacious. staff is extremely courteous. but the room amenities should be improved like dental kit, better Bathing kit. in one of our rooms the Safety door for the balcony had a broken lock which is a major security concern.

worst experience to stay in hotel... not worth with price we paid. lot of mostiquo and unhygienic washroom. The charges are too high not even offer the toiletery items

Excellent Stay

The grand garden resort is ideal for a family weekend getaway. It has several activities like rifle shooting, cycling, bow and arrow, chess, carrom, badminton etc also there is swimming pool and paddle boat activity. Kids do enjoy the stay here as they have a lot of play activities. Clean air, good food and large area with gardens makes for an enjoyable stay here.
