Had a stay at this hotel for one nights on 30.08.2025. It was really a great experience at this hotel. Such a beautiful location completely covered with clouds. Really courteous, polite and helpful staff as I have some problem in my room they promptly take action & change my room.Restaurant staff was also very helpful & polite. About the room, I booked a luxury cottage but the available cottage was at the back side with no view I requested to change & they provided my luxury room which was very spacious with all amenities. Food was also very tasty. Overall it was really great experience during our stay at this hotel. Highly recommended.

It was not worth the price, no good view from the balcony. Landline was not working for room service or ordering food or reception we needed to go down to the reception for services (staff helped for services) Food was not good in the buffet for dinner aswell as for breakfast I would really wish to have some compensation for this as a discount or something Food - not good for dinner and breakfast which we had nothing was good Location - good Rooms - not good as per the rates and for room services had to go to the reception was not able to call from the room

Property Not Maintained, Unhygienic Rooms. Smell of Pest Control in entire room. Food very average quality.

Rooms were equipped with [TV, minibar, coffee/tea maker, Wi-Fi], and everything worked without issues. Housekeeping kept the space tidy and replenished essentials daily. Services: The staff was courteous, professional, and quick to respond to requests. From check-in to check-out, the process was smooth and efficient. Special appreciation for the front desk team who offered local recommendations and helped arrange transportation. Overall, the service felt warm and genuine, which made the stay more enjoyable. Overall Impression: A well-located property with good food, clean amenities, and attentive service. It offers both comfort and convenience, making it a solid choice for both leisure and business stays. I would gladly recommend it and consider returning in the future.

the resort was good need of upgradation to its interiors refering to the luxury cottages as compared to their new additions extended to this property food was good but a little on a higher side. location wise it's good

the food was ok and the room was not well maintained. the bed was not comfortable at all. when i asked the reception to upgrade and i was ready to pay extra charges they didnt offered a proper room as i told them i am pregnant and cant climb stair they offered a room on 1st floor with no life.

It's a beautiful property fora good staycation ...Great location, good food and excellent service....rooms was excellent Especially the cottage with the king size luxurious bed....spacious room and good views .

Special game zone.. area, clean swimming pool, with special seat coach... Service: So polite nature of the entire staff as well as service person... definitely next vacation will also same resort...

Very bad check in process. Inspite of early check-in request, we had to wait 3 hours. Room service average.
