Manas Resort with Petting Zoo

Stayed at superior room which has nature view. Room is spacious enough with a good nature view but it lacks hygiene. Not properly maintained, walls color faded, paint and walll plaster peeled off. Hair lying in the room. Toiletries provided by the hotel except slipper , you need to ask for it. Food is average, nothing great in terms of options and taste. Overall okay experience.

stay was good but the food has become worst including dinner and lunch given as package . Need to upgrade their rooms also it was a bit smelly.

Food and room was not good

The room amenities were not working properly. Customer service did not pay heed to requests. Doors were not getting locked. Premium rooms : the adjacent living room is a common area which is not mentioned. Shown as photo with room booking. Privacy of family becomes an issue.

Pets are good but bad stay, bad service, food is average taste and expensive. no warm water, rooms not clean as such.

Food was terrible, it was completly stale, salty and very under seasoned and uncooked. Location was not maintained properly, the rooms were okay but intercom was not working, flies all around the room. The customer service was terrible too, no response from the reception or staff to help us.

Nice experience pettting zoo is great,swimming pool,surrounding locations mountains,railway track.only thing which i didn’t like food is not tasty at all according to their rates,food is very expensive

Resort and other surrounding location was mind blowing and awesome location. About room was super and well cleaned and we have booked nature view. Room service was very poor. Food was awesome at night dinner we enjoyed but at afternoon lunch was average not satisfied in veg restaurant.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall positive experience. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly and professional throughout the stay. The bathroom was modern and stocked with quality toiletries. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet—plenty of options, including hot and cold dishes, fresh fruit, and good coffee. There was also a endless pool, which were nice extras. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay. Great value for the price!

I have booked premium room mountain view.View is okay not wow.food is costly at Property. In breakfast there is a common kitchen Veg and nonveg. lots of disturbance from next room they sat in common passage and drink liquor and make lot's of voice and use abuse words till 1 at night.so we can not sleep well and get embracing.

Room allocated was not PWD friendly. Had to walk a lot.

Property was very good .. Rooms initially which were provided were not good then after we complained, they gave us an upgraded room which was good .. Veg Food at the inhouse restaurant is just awesome .. Petting Zoo interaction with animals and pets was good experience .

Overall a good stay with food. Great place to be with family and friends especially for children. Hygiene can be improved.

The food was very good and the view from the nature view room was good. Could see multiple trains from the room passing. Great time to visit in the rainy season.

Manas Resort and Petting zoo is amazing, neat and cleanest, excellent veg food, the support staff is helpful, petting zoo is something special and neatly managed by caretakers, for those who are with kids of any age want to experience something unique with near to Mumbai weekend gateway, this is best place !
