I visited Manas Resort with my family in March 2025, and overall, it was a mixed experience. One of the highlights was the petting zoo. My 2-year-old son absolutely loved it! The animals were very friendly, and the zoo provided a great interactive experience for the little ones. It was clear the animals are well taken care of, which made it even more enjoyable for us. The resort itself was decent. The facilities were nice, and the atmosphere was relaxing. However, the service left much to be desired. We ordered a refill of water, which never arrived despite waiting for over 12 hours. We even called the restaurant for paid water service, but that request was also ignored. The lack of response was quite disappointing. If the service were improved, this could be a fantastic place to stay, as the location and amenities have potential. I hope they work on their service quality because with a few adjustments, Manas Resort could become a top-notch destination for families.

The place is worth the money paid . My kid has enjoyed his 5th birthday and has been happy throughout the day . The petting zoo has made him the happiest , staff is at your service and quite attentive. All has been good . One small feedback - food could be improved a little bit but thats ok as our tummy has been absolutely full with the lovely experience

Manas petting zoo resort is a clean, pet friendly and kid friendly place. For my daughter I requested for milk thrice and each time they gave even at 11 in night without delay. Also took good care of daughter when she was playing with pets. It is a nice stay with your loved ones for that one cozy staycation with all fun at one place.

This is an excellent place to take your kids. We had loads of fun playing with the dogs / rabbits and also saw other kids enjoying it. The place also has a decent game room to play carrom/tt/pool/chess etc. The food and service is top notch. Will be coming back for sure.

Unique experience at Manas Resort

We had a wonderful time. Our favorite was the time spent with the dogs - they were all well tempered and fun to be around. The food was good too, albeit slightly overpriced, however we enjoyed the ambience and would love to go there again soon.
