We enjoyed it as a home stay instead of a hotel. Atmosphere was good. Hospitality was ok. Cleanliness was also ok but there should be a face lifting of building altogether and surroundings.

Actually it's not hotel, it's like a ghost hotel a haunted house. Reception staff was in underwear when we reached hotel. We had check the room with hotel staff and immediately left the hotel and booked room at Manas lifestyle. All the booking money wasted. Recommend makemytrip to remove this hotel from there list. It's a big waste and people will never give good remarks for this hotel. Total waste.

Good part about this hotel is only location. It is next to famous Manas resort. But this hotel is very old. If maintained well then it can be second best hotel in Igatpuri. Leakage issue. Uncleaned or too old bed and mattress. No geyser in the bathroom.

Bed sheets are not clean. Smelling badly in non air-conditioner deluxe rooms.
Taking extra charge if more than 2 persons are booked in same room, even though if you have booked online. Hotel manager charges us extra single room cost for single extra person instead of extra bed cost. Ridiculous hotel, I will not recommend to any one.

It was very unhygenic no backup generators highly recommended. Whole nigjt power has been cut and mosquitoes were there they charge for valley view there has been no view from outside the window. They are just fooling the customers

Location : Location is best. Room Condition: room condition is very poor, Doors is easily breakable, Risk factor is there. Service: poor service of hotel staff. Not cooperative staff. Charging money to take order from outside order. Badly needs overall maintenance. No toiletries were provided (not even soap). Initially no towels were provided and when insisted for the same then towels were provided which were not even washed after used by previous occupants.

It was okay but a bit loneliness around. Sheets needs to be more clean, I could see dust in it. No power backup Incase of power outage there is no electricity. The view was nice and pleasant though. It looks a little unsafe for couples. Also no good food service.

In comparison to the room rent the hotel rooms are soso. The view is very good and the location is just touch to Mumbai Agra Highway hence very convenient. For a stay enroute the hotel is okay because adjoining hotels are expensive.
