Property location is good, very scenic view, excellant hospitslity by Sandeep Caretaker, Food quality good but can be improved futher, Garden Area needs to be mailtained properly, overall enjoyed our stay of two nights

The location is mesmerizing, it's more than you can imagine, situated in a small village, all you can hear is chirping birds and cows mooing.The scenic view of magestic mountain with clouds moving around gives you calmness that you could never imagine. Coming to the property,The living room is spacious with french windows, the bedroom and bathroom are luxurious. All the meals provided by caretaker Mr.Sandip were delicious and homely. The only thing I would like to bring to notice is hot shower not working in the bathroom. All in all we loved our stay at serenity, it was truly serene

The property is awesome and having a great view. Best thing about the property is the service provided by them - food is out of this world and team is very caring and cooperating.. overall superb experience

The trip would have been great had there been AC in the property. It hurts to stay in this property during the summers

1. The rooms do not have proper curtains, they are see through. Hence, there is no privacy. 2. ⁠There is a small area for fountain, outside the property which was very very dirty. 3. ⁠The terrace of the property was used by the neighbouring villa people. I understand that, that should have been a private terrace. 4. ⁠There should have been bisleri water available. Otherwise, everything was wonderful. Thank you for the arrangements and the help.

Nice view, spacious property but extremely poor maintenance & third grade toiletries. If shower is swiched on there is water all over the toilet. There is no curtain in shower area & support rod. Place is full of bees & mosquitoes inside bunglow. Breeding ground for dengue mosquitos. You charge as if it is 5 star property but maintenance, upkeep & toiletries is like unrated hotel, totally unhygienic conditions. Sofas in hall are ext-remelt low sitting. Impossible to sit & get up for any one. Not user friendly at all. Food quality is just about okay.

We were travel-ling with our family (incl elderly) and hence we were not ok with trying out any homestya. On recommendation of a friend, we checked out saffron-stays for the first time. The rates may b slightly more than an average homestay, but the property was classy. Location, decor, and its maintenance. The caretakers were very helpful and service oriented. Like a 4 star hotel experience. Location was perfect. 1 hour from nashik, igatpuri, bhandardara. Malshej ghat and shirdi within 2 hours. 4 hrs from pune. So while perfect for pure relaxing. Can also fit in a half day or full day trip to any of these places around. The property overlooks the majestic aundha fort and also the kadwa lake. Will certainly b bak.

Property was good although. As climate was very hot, no raungall, and it was an non ac villa, so didn't enjoyed the stay bcoz of climate. Food quality was not upto the mark. Taste was ok ok. Didn't enjoyed food so well. Service was also good. N no of flies, in villa that was very irritating actually. Maintainance should b improved. Plzzzz also improve the food quality and service. Very much imp for a tourist to stay.

No ac, drinking water not provided, hot water not coming in shower, taking 10k deposit even though 5k deposit is displayed on mmt. Worst part is the hidden cleaning charges by the caretaker and management.

Despite notifying in advance, due to medical emergency will not be able property, they did not provide refund, took my 12k as a freebie, worst management ever seen, will never visit any saffron stays property in my life time

Hi team - i would like to say that the stay was good and comfortable. Property was beautiful however the staff was not equip t with all stuff. As basic as toothbrush was not available. The kitchen and dining was full of flies. The pool outside was breeding mosquitoes. I believe owner should take care of all this. Further, availability of things like cold drink was an issue. We have stayed earlier in palshet. There the staff was much more accommodating.

There was not a single facility for the driver he had to drive 8kms outside just to pee eat and use washroom most pathetic place i ever came across. After payingif our dr iver cannot even have a single washroom what kinda place is this saffron stays ???

Very pleasant experience. Apart from the fact it did not have air conditioner and funny that they had thick quilts suitable for himalayan weather !. No air conditioner needs a special mention as 12 k rs per night, anyone will assume ac is there. No one reads every description in make my trip. If i did have the time to read everything on mmt, i will surely not have the money to pay for the bookings. Staff was very good. Kudos. But the food wasn't up to rs 15 k per night level. It was kinda below average in taste etc. Overall experience was good as the property is beautiful, but the fact that the company is too much into profit making is quite out there. Expected better food, air conditioner and if not a reasonable rate. 15 k per night is taj rate which is fine until the facilities are adequate. No swimming pool also at this price.
