Not happy with stay.

Hotel location is very nice in front of the valley. But the property is not maintained properly. Room was damped. Room lock broken. Basic amenities not served. After asking, towels were given. We are not happy with the stay.

Stay was good at pooja villa. It's a quiet place, with a nice natural view, however, hygiene is one of the concerns. Bathrooms are not at all cleaned properly, bath towels smell used.

As per costing, rate is above average it should be around for one night stay, villa in house kitchen was not functional staff was co operative, parking was not available in the villa it was outside which leads to be get heated inside the car as if the have outside parking atleast shed to be given for the parking

A memorable stay at igatpuri

The location of pooja villa at igatpuri was fantastic covered with waterfall mountains. The narrow train passage track through the mountains has made our stay a memorable one. The food quality was excellent and the staff were humble with good service. The rooms were clean and spacious.

It’s not about property but it’s about make my trip experience, you people are worst in terms of cancellation service.
