Royal Meadows is a perfect weekend getaway! The hospitality from Tushar and Jeevan was outstanding — always attentive and ready to help — while Swati’s home-cooked meals were simply delicious. The location is peaceful and scenic, making it an ideal spot to unwind. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return!

I will give the honest review for the villa. Stay was good, staff is hardworking n polite. The pool which shown in the images while booking is in common area and has time limit to use till 7 pmin evening. No wifi, voltage fluctuations, towels were not provided, cupboards in the villa are missing. Apart from that we ordered the homely cooked food which was very delicious and would recommend to must try it. Tushar and jeevan and swati are fabulous at their jobs. Thank you soo much for accompanying us. Secondly before visiting villa i had paid the full amount, still was asked for the deposit on arrival- which i think should be mention earlier at the time of booking. The houses/ villas are very close to each other and everytime we need to make sure there is no noice… These villas are good only for people coming with family..

An unmitigated disaster and the single worst booking experience of my life. This establishment is a masterclass in predatory practices. Not only do they have the audacity to charge for drinking water, but they also ambush you with a mandatory security deposit that's conveniently hidden from all terms and conditions. It's a blatant cash grab. The staff's arrogance is breathtaking. The so-called manager is a hostile, power-tripping bully. When I attempted to contact MMT Customer Care for help, his immediate reaction was to threaten to throw our belongings out onto the curb. This isn't poor service; it's outright harassment and thuggery. Stay away. I wouldn't wish this dump on my worst enemy. Run, don't walk, to any other property.

The property is amazing. On a small hillock away from the city hustle bustle and quite away from the highway. The whole villa is well maintained with fridge and oven. Home made food at a price equivalent to a restaurant in Mumbai. No network and no WiFi however it works at your advantage- a much needed break. Swimming pool is a let down as it was super-dirty due to people getting in. However it’s a villa focused property and not a 4 or a 5 star, so no complains. The night was crazy. Clouds covering the villa. Amazing rain. The roof of the balcony in the villa is a glass/fiber roof which makes it more interesting. Though mosquitoes make a mess however carry an anti-mosquito cream and you’re sorted for the night. The air-conditioning in the rooms were top notch as I feel the property is new. So, visit it asap as the service we got might not be the same 5 years down.

Royal meadows excellent stay for two days trip and enjoyment. The villa was so clean and so good.

Property furniture was very old and in bad shape. Any damage may get customer in trouble without any fault of theirs no water arrangement. You will expect basic such as water you will not even get a soap, have to carry every dam thing no proper pest control found a big lizard in one of the bedroom you will find televisions with cable connection, not done even after highliting they charge you so much but no wifi in the property security issues found as anyone can come inside from the window. Highlighted to the care taker asides the place was nice and cool
