Anandvan Resort

We were booked to stay for 03 nights but due to unforeseen medical issues reached 02 days late. Once we were fit to travel we contacted the Resort to find out if they would be able to accept is 02 days late only for 01 night and maybe even see if we can extend by 01 more day. We spoke to Ms. Nishi on the night before we travelled, and she was so helpful, understanding and pleasant in her mannerisms which made us feel welcome. She told us that they were waiting for us....so it really felt special. With regards to extending for an extra night, she assured us that they would find a solution, either at Anandvan or another property called Anand Sarover which was also under the same management. We traveled the next day and were welcomed by Ms. Nishi at the reception. She made us feel very comfortable and also guided us on how we could look at the other property for the next day (as Anandvan was fully booked). She even called the other property before we went there, which helped us. We had a great stay at Anandvan, where the room was as per expectations in all areas. The other staff were polite and helpful. The meals were excellent (Indian & continental). At check-out, Ms.Nishi again was very helpful and even called Anand Sarover to expect us earlier than expected. She really is an asset to the property with her communication skills and mannerisms. A lovely experience

The location and food quality were good, but the experience didn’t justify the high cost. We paid ₹15,700 via MMT for a Garden Cottage with Hill View, but the same room was listed at ₹8,000 on the resort’s website. Also, there was no hill or lake view—just trees, which was misleading and disappointing. Breakfast had very limited options, which is not acceptable for the price charged. The private garden area had poor lighting, making it unusable at night, and the steep climb throughout the property makes it unsuitable for elderly guests. Suggestions: Improve lighting, add swings and music, and offer a better breakfast spread including non-veg items. The resort has potential but needs upgrades to justify the premium rates.

One day stay at Anandvan Resort .. great stay experience and property is very well maintained. Tree house room was spacious and food quantity was very good too. Lake facing villas are usually at the very top of the property with almost 100 steps. Could be difficult for senior citizens to reach there but overall very comfortable stay. Staff is cooperative and quick to service.

This was the second time that I did my reservation with this resort. I am really touch with the kind of hospitality and the gesture shown by each and every staff . Ambiance food location all 10/10. The Anandvan Resort manager was very nice . Room which I book was very nice and was spacious . I would love to revisit this place to recreate my moments spend there .

Amazing resort in an amazing, less explored, less commercialised location for a peaceful stay. The staff courtesy, hygiene, food quality, service etc are excellent. If you are the one who would like to spend couple of day's stay with a feeling of home away from your own home, suggest you to go for lake view suits. ..ideal during monsoon or winter only.

Excellent location nestled in nature. The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly, providing professional and prompt service. A highlight was spotting fireflies at night. However, rain affected some amenities - no WiFi or mobile network, and Dish TV wasn't working. The food was average. Overall, a lovely stay with some room for improvement.

Visited May 2025. Location - excellent. View, proximity to key points. Higher up lake view villas are extra cool and breezy and recommend if you can walk the stairs each time. Food - this visit in May 2025, we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of food and morning breakfast buffet. Excellent chef running the kitchen.

overall is Good👍, Mind Fresh Location. Staff also Good, Food Was awesome, one of the best staycation in Bhandardara ❤️

Property is really nice… food taste and quality was really good… they need to work on their breakfast buffet though…only basic food items were available…

Good place, perfect for family and friends. It's nature touch makes you feel calm and gives the best experience close to nature. Food was excellent, lunch, dinner and specifically the breakfast. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Best Stay till date !!

lots of stairs so would recommend young and healthy elderly for the property. loaction is superb amenities also veey good except for swimmimg pool

The food was excellent. The room was little cramped without a cupboard / wardrobe. But in all the cleanliness was good.

good and peaceful place to stay. staff very co operative, starting with reception ladies Nishi and Raksha and the restaurant staff Verma , Prakash and Vivek , all know how to offer appropriate hospitality and be very courteous and upcoming to offer what is best available at the resort.

Serene environment... great food... excellent customer service by the staffs.. they are all really good

Location was good. Spa should also be there. Food was good. Doors were poor. Seepage smell was there. Views were good. Overall good but price was on a higher side
