Things to like about this place The location ( great view + super windyy during monsoons ) The cottages ( clean and spacious rooms + good bathrooms ) Affordability( Cheaper than most MTDC Bhandardaras) and accessibility As the place is close to most of the points .Also you can also choose to spend your time in the MTDC Bhandardara . You won't regret it . Besides you can also walk down towards the lake in under 5 mins from MTDC Bhandardara . The hospitality is also good

Property location is the highlight of this place, it has scenic view of lake. Lake view is available from any room type you book. We had booked Lake view premium suite ac which was very spacious having 1 living room and 1 bedroom with attached bathroom. It has huge balcony which is really great for sit out. Property food need to improve , very basic breakfast and quality of food need to improve. Overall good experience.

The place is incredible. Has a great view of the Arthur lake( and you can simply walk downstairs for 5 mins to reach the same) . Also the rooms are well furnished and are spacious. Prices are affordable compared to other places. A top choice for bhandardara. Also incase you are visiting in monsoon you might get to witness high windss in the MTDC Bhandardara premises. Overall its a real place

The booking was wow and trustworthy - staff was good, cooperative and best is location close to lake I was already having homestay booked near mtdc but i was short of stay capability where mmt helped me with best deal, the property is situated at best location, food is wow. I booked dormant group stay was not expecting it will be so good

What a beautiful place in Monsoon. Room was large and good. Facing lake. Food was very decent

Location: Excellent. It faces the main lake. Property is huge. Enough parking space is available. Easy to reach. Canteen is available and food is tasty.

It’s great experience, we had 12 beds along with 3 bathrooms. Room is specious and location of property is amazing. Service from staff is very good and ample of parking space.

location - excellent rooms (delux) - excellent. clean and specious service - very good. Staff was friendly and service was prompt. food - Good. ( taste was good but there are limited options. Very few Maharashtrian food options. MTDC should promote Maharashtrian cuisine ).

The stay was super... amazing location with full scenic view..and clean rooms with quick service and good food at a reasonable price....limited options in breakfast.

Breakfast was average, Location is excellent but the premier AC suite were below the AC suite. Charges of premier suite were higher. Dinner was good. Scope of improvement as far as restaurant cleanliness, hygiene.

Food was tasty. Location is awesome. There were frequent power outage at the property, which is a concern. Jio network has some issues

The location is great. We stayed in lake view deluxe apartments. The rooms were large enough and the dressing area was thoughtfully provided. Food was okay. The service was good.
