I found cockroaches in the room. Looks very bad housekeeping and no pest control on regular basis, basically unacceptable

Awesome stay at Fern
Overall stay was really awesome So I travelled with my family, For me most important was my child's food, for which Chef Rajesh was really accommodative and helpful. Location was easily accessible

Good Stay
Food tastes nice, Location of the hotel is perfect (on highway), and the facilities like spa, game zone, swimming pool are also well maintained and good.

Comfortable stay, great staff
We had a great time in this place. The staff was very hospitable, adding a personal touch to your requirements. Food was delicious and hygienic. The location is quite apt whether you wish to go to Nasik, Igatpuri or Triambak temple.

The room was average in ambience. The food was average it could have been better. The overall atmosphere of the place is good. The place has a good vibes . The breakfast restaurant can be better as it doesnt give vibes of a good restaurant

We had a very nice stay here. Beautiful place. Hotel is very new but very well kept. Staff was polite and helpful. Rooms were clean and maintained as per Fern's high quality standard. Our room service was also quick and efficient. The in house resturant melange had a very good dinner and breakfast buffet with wide variety. Must stay when you visit Igatpuri.
