PROPERTY IS GOOD, LOCATION ODD, APPROCH ROAD SMALL FROM MAIN ROAD WAS VERY BAD, NO SIGNBOARD ON ROAD, PHONE NO GIVEN WAS OF NASIK OFFICE AND NOT OF RESORT IN MMT SITE.SWIMMING POOL GOOD, RECEPTION PERSON VERY COLD TO RESPOND, NO INFORMATION OF MMT BOOKING. ALLOTED ROOM ON MY VOUCHER. SERVICE VERY POOR AND LESS STAFF. FOOD VERY AVERAGE.

Not upto the mark experience for the price we paid. Location is very good and food is also excellent but room service totally let us down. we had booked a courtyard room but they moved us to farmshyed villa mentioning as upgrade but it wasn't. Room lacked basic amenities like intercom, shampoo , wifi and there was no room service also. they mentioned that due to bad weather it's not possible but if we are paying this much of price then they should arrange facility for that. They agreed to switch our room but after waiting for so long no one came and we were stuck in same room. if you are going as couple then expect very less attention from room perspective. They mostly focus on group more. Overall experience was average due to room Food and restaurant staff is very good and even guided trek was also good but room service worst.

It was over crowded and resort was not able to manage the crowd so they should take the booking accordingly ..they were not ready to adjust anything as it was get-together of larger crowd so they were avoiding the couples and other small groups

Worst experience and worst hospitality. Admin staff is so ridiculous and so unprofessional. They were not ready to give any room service. There was no fridge in the room. There was no hot water. Admin staff was talking so rudely and they were not ready to cooperate. Even though we insisted to give room together, as we have booked 4 room's, still they gave all separate room's even though there were many vacant group room's. I would strongly tell everyone not to choose this destination to spend your vacation.

Very poor management. no room service. unclean pool. few staff. no intercom in room. location is ok but not worth the money.

The property is just beautiful and the food is yummmmmm. Everything is just perfect the rooms the service.

The property location is good, but there are some basic things missing like there is no tv in the root. Some of the room categories are very basic and if you pay in property they are asking for extra cost.

It was a terrible experience. They provide us the worst room in the property. I feel. As per the website, we book a room with her hill view or mountain view, but there was no hill no mountain view, it was laundry facing room. There was no wi-fi working. There was no intercom facility. I asked them to prepare a food for my kid. Dal khichadi, and they added all the spices available in the market and made it worse. Even all the housekeeping equipment was near my room, and there was a electricity operating chamber near my room. Door of this electricity chamber was also open. It is really unsafe for the kids. Properties still under construction. Staff is also very poor. I request them to change the room, but they did not. I also want to talk with team and i want to refund for this. I am a very useful traveller

Stay was good, ambience is nice. Few things which needs fixing are, hot water not there. Even through there were only 10-15 guests, they did not allow us to do 30 mins early checking.

My stay into Touchwood Bliss Resort was very blissfull. The service were good. The food was very delicious and testy. The rooms were good,with mountain view. We had fun near the swimming pool 😊. Must visit with family and friends.

I had booked this resort to celebrate my husband's birthday. I had called receptionist before booking and as she suggested i had booked farmsyde villa. The villa is far from the entrance and we could only travel through our car, the rooms are very untidy, room had a beautiful view but resort doesn't have any compund wall so it was scary at night. The roots cafe was close so couldn't enjoy it. Why mmt is rating it soo high? when i was leaving the resort receptionist asked me to open my mobile phone and give review. I mean why are you forcing us to give review in front of you?

Overall experiance of staying, food, ambiance and location is good. Only on thing need to improve that no room service providing in resort like this.

The property was good but was not maintained properly, hygiene has to be maintained. Food was not good at all. We skipped our breakfast as well which was included in the package. For acouple they offered a two bed room, on request changed to mountain view room. Rates were high during the weekdays compared to service offered.
