Regenta Resort Soma Vine Village

It was a very pleasant experience during our stay for 2 days i.e. on 9th to 11th Nov 2025 The property is awesome, rooms are near and clean and all the amenities are next to our expectations. Staff is very cooperative and they really took care of us in all our requirements. We really like to visit again and again and we also strongly recommend our relatives and friends to visit.

Booked this place for my parents and they loved their stay. I had chosen the wine tasting tour and lunch/dinner package and they throughly enjoyed the food and hospitality. Only downside was that they didn't have a place to lodge for the driver on campus that would made the trip experience even more seamless. Would 100% visit again!

The property is nice and well-maintained; however, the food was quite disappointing, especially the main course. We had opted for a breakfast and dinner package — the breakfast was average, but the dinner was very poor. The buffet menu was extremely limited and did not meet the standards of even a 3- or 4-star restaurant. The food was served completely cold, and it seemed like the same dal tadka was repeated on both days. Overall, a very disappointing dining experience — it could have been managed much better.

Firstly these guys look down upon and hotels shud now start indicating if properties or room categories are senior citizen and easy access to folks.. there was no clarity while booking if the rooms category had access through stairs which was huge issue for my 71 year old mum first floor was almost 2 floors high.. after a lot of pleading the front office did swap us with a another room which although 1st floor the staircase was easier to climb due to low height between each step.. but we give up 2 rooms to move into one with extra bedding.. and very rudely were told that they have swaped and we need to be eternally gratefully for it...I paid approx 14k for two rooms for one night ..to. move into 1 room with no considerations on refund because we booked ...extra mattress came in without bed frame saying those are broken... on insisting the person to please check again it miraculous we met this weekend had issues with something or the other... will not recommend this to anyone...saving grace the restaurant who served decent meal but over priced.

The stay was pleasant and property is good Room service is very poor, They took 6 hours to bring a dustbin. The oregano and chilli flakes provided with the food was expired, no doubt the wave off the bill and also apologised for it but problems like this in this sort of property was not expected.

Fantastic stay. Beautiful property with stunning vineyard views! Great service, comfortable rooms, and tasty food. The wine tasting session was informative and well organized — must-try if you visit.

Staff was not responsive and were treating very badly. Rooms very bad condition food pathetic in the resort. No welcome drink served. Stale food served.

The stay was not good. Poor room service. waited for 2 hours to get the room. The bath tub condition in the room was very bad. At the later end of the day, no one responded to room service issues. food was good. Not worth the price and rating given

The stay was amazing, the location and the hassle free check in and check out was the key, within a few minutes all processes were completed. Food was delicious and hospitality (mainly desk services) are very helpful.

The Hotel property decent but not very well maintained. The room i was staying did not have a functional intercom. The bathtub was broken and fixed with cello tape. Food and breakfast were good. Overall an average stay but there is a lot scope for improvement in overall hospitality

The location was a bit far, but the road conditions were good. The food was excellent; I pre-booked all three meals. Breakfast and dinner were buffet style, while the afternoon meal was a la carte. The pools were clean, with a separate small pool for children. While the pool hours were 7 AM to 7 PM, I wish they could have been extended to 9 PM. The staff was excellent. Surprisingly, there were no insects or mosquitoes, given the location in a green area. The rooms were good; I particularly liked the indoor plants in the rooms and bathrooms.

Go to property if one is looking for a relaxing vacation. Staff was friendly specially Madhav who treated us really well.

Property location is good , unfortunately not well maintained.Although room is spacious, basic accessories were missing . Food was average, not much spread .Stay was ok

A wonderful place where you can spend your relaxing time. The natural scenery around as well as the wine yard next to it is a special pleasure for the mind. The very friendly staff does not let you feel alienated. And the food management is very good, very delicious food and our short unforgettable trip. I will definitely tell my friends and relatives to book less from the Make My Trip app and enjoy this place with a discount.

The property is literally shredding. I don't know how it will survive if something is not done soon to improve it. Very sorry state of affairs.

Excellent resort in the nature with lake view and all modern amenities. Outstanding service and restaurant. Breakfast was very good.
