Hotel was average & dull, felt like it was a leftover room. The bedsheet was dirty & torn out; I had to ask them to change it. The ceiling was dirty, may be due to rain, but still the mgmt would've taken better care of it. the geyser was not working, which again should have checked by the mgmt before allocating the room, I had to ask for buckets of hot water. The food was just ok, the onion uttapa in breakfast had only one piece of onion. Even there was only 2 options in ice cream. Will not be recommending nor re-visiting again. The room was not the worth for what I paid.

Basic cleanliness was lacking. - Linen was stained and looked reused, not fresh at all. - The overall welcome and hospitality was cold and indifferent - no sense of warmth. - Common areas and amenities were not well-kept, and the vibe was dull. - This is not a good option if you're expecting a relaxing or quality stay. -Would not recommend. I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was in poor condition — none of the equipment was working, including basic amenities like the telephone, which made it impossible to contact reception or request help. To make matters worse, the staff support was absolutely lacking. Despite the issues, no one seemed to care or take any responsibility. I reported the problems multiple times, but there was no action taken, and no follow-up from the hotel team. For the price charged, this kind of service is unacceptable. I expected at least a functional room and responsive staff. I would not recommend staying here until serious improvements are made in room maintenance and guest support.

i checked in at caves county at 1:00 am on the night of 12th july 2025 and faced the following serious issues: 1. the main door lock was not working with either the smart key or the manual key. eventually, the caretaker had to enter through the back french window and open the door from inside. this was highly inconvenient, especially given the late hour, and raises concerns regarding the safety and functionality of the premises. 2. there is continuous water leakage from one of the bathroom taps, causing discomfort and potential damage. 3. the overall condition of the room is quite poor and outdated, which is disappointing and not in line with the standards expected at the time of booking. i request that these issues be addressed on priority. a room change or appropriate resolution would be appreciated, along with a suitable compensation or adjustment for the inconvenience caused.

Average place missing attention to details

The property is nice, but must be an older one. This looks neglected for maintenance for years. Needs revamp to stay relevant. You smell heavy baygon spray smell, ceiling displays water stains all across room. Bathroom fittings are too old, towels & comforter/bedding look dull/used. If you also checked avg food reviews and didn’t purchase breakfast included with booking, know that there are no close by options to get one. And on the go purchasing it here is expensive. Also they serve cold food but piping hot milk for kids in wine glass hard to hold. Despite asking to fill in a cup, they couldn’t adopt until our stay lasted. One line- missing attention to details largely. I can easily skip this place next time
