Hotel Shahu and Sai Shahu

Poor rooms, always leak water in basin , not usable AC , staff is also not supportive, breakfast is worst

The property is good but its maintenance is very bad. There were also cockroach inside the room. The tap and shower in the bathroom were not working, the bathroom was very dirty, and there were no workers, in the name of service it can be said to be zero.

Hotel is not able to provide bill which is charged .Service is poor as no of staffs are very less . Again rooms, toilets , water supply in bathroom is not good .

Cleanness and service needs to be improved. Not suitable for family stay . Restaurant and food is Ok type .

No facilities in room. power not working & frequently power cut./ AC not working ( remote also not avl ) door improper closing hot water not working

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. The service was unbelievably poor and the staff were not only irresponsible but also very rude. They shifted me to three different rooms during my stay, each worse than the previous one. The issues were countless: 1. Non-functional amenities: the tv and ac didn’t work in any of the rooms. 2. Unhygienic conditions: the kettle provided was filthy and unusable. There was a bad odour in the room that made it hard to breathe. 3. Pests: cockroaches were roaming around freely, making the room feel unsafe and unhygienic. Despite complaining, the staff showed no willingness to resolve the issues or provide any sort of assistance. It was as though they were completely indifferent to the guests' comfort. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel if you value cleanliness, proper service, and basic decency. This experience was far below even the most minimal expectations.

Property is nice and road touch ! staff is cordial and smart, rooms are clean but washroom needs a renovation!

This stay is very good and complimentary items such as park, chips and good day biscuit. I love it.
