no enough place for parking , no hot water , not lock in the bathroom, they don't change the bedsheet, bathroom lights doesn't off and not get proper breakfast

pathetic service, you have to wait for 2-3 hours once you order your food. foods are highly priced, no value for money. The woman owner is least bothered about the guest issues, no courtesy to guests for all the delayed service as if she is favoring the guests One thing is true. If you have been there once, you will never go again.

It was the worst of all my experience in my so many hotels and resorts stay and total unprofessional atmosphere with very irrate owner who instead of solving customer issues kept on cribbling. We half the night only checked out of the property a simple lodging motel type of hotels also has lock to the bathroom doors which was not found here . Secondly we ordered biryani which it was not worth in taste and not in quantity but over than that the biryani was served to us after 1.5 hours of ordering in which my family were starving and they slept without eating . The kettle not working The Tv cable network not working . Also in their address they mentioned Toiletries but they mean it with one medimix soap which is being provided in those cheap hotels where family doesn't goes . We haven't had breakfast so I strongly don't recommend this property and claim total refund of my money paid for this worst service hotel Siona Resort . The word Resort is fake so don't go on the word and photos

Very Supportive Management and Staff, Very Cooperative People as it was my anniversary and they have done a Very good arrangement with minimal resources due to I informed that at last moment.. more people should visit that place as it is located at very nice area and surrounding.. only thing is they can maintain the property more effectively if there would be more guests coming to the hotel . Thanks

The service is not good. There is no breakfast available in the morning even after paying for it. There is no staff and the service is very slow. There is no hot water in the bathrooms and the rooms are quite small overall it wasn't such a good experience

Waited till 10 am. There was no person at reception counter to attend. Only one security guard who told us that kitchen will open at 12 noon. No breakfast was served, even after charging money for breakfast, if they specify this we could have booked room without breakfast

Not recommended, poor service.

Stay was good however the hotel liked amenities and facilities. The food service was very slow and the room was small. The bathrooms were not up-to the mark and a cake of soap was also not available The hotel location was good though.

We have seen several properties in Nashik. This was not Worth. It is not a resort.That's still OK. Very bad smell, no ambiance. Poor staff. Poor hygiene. Breakfast was temp, no kitchen I guess. Please do not suggest this hotel on your website.

First of all its not a resort there is no maintenance of tiny rooms they have no water in full swing hot water is not there. We were served breakfast from outside cold one we have just waited money please this us the worst experience with MMT

Based on make my trip recommendation, I have planned the trip. Though it is booked short, the cost per night was high. After visiting the location and surroundings, there were many hotels with less priced with added benefits. The restaurant in hotel is good and rooms and other facilities are being developed. Not worth for money charged. The make my trip recommendation and options of hotels to be improved to have memorable stay.
