The stay was very comfortable. Rooms were clean and well-maintained. Staff was polite and helpful. Food quality was good and location was convenient. Overall, a pleasant experience and good value for money.

I booked a room for 3 @ 5k per night including breakfast. The room was pretty small with very basic facilities. Floor tiles were broken a few places and toilets were not clean enough. Restaurant is good, but closes by 11 pm. Complimentary breakfast was good.

All was good , Smooth checkin by Tulsi Chauhan, although room was small in size , breakfast was with variety.

We reached at 10 pm and the food served was cold. Washroom was unclean and overall stay was unpleasant

The stay seems safe for females. Just the service is a bit delayed at times, rooms were not ready due to which check in took a bit of time, Room service took a bit of time as well. Food is okay.

The property location was good and so was the food. However, the facility doesn't appear to have been well maintained. No one answered repeated calls to reception or housekeeping. the room was clean but the bathroom was moldy ar several places in the grouting.

We have to wait for more than 1 hr at the hotel because they haven’t received booking from make my trip and the rooms were not at all good

The infrastructure needs an upgrade urgently. The security guards need training on what needs to be done and what not. they need to greet the guest. Room service is extremely slow. The system had a breakdown so check in was done 2 hours than it was suppose to. check out time also was not extended considering our special situation.

Experience was very good. Nice location close to almost all the points of the city. Staff was very co operative. Overall a nice stay.

The infrastructure has gotten too old. The security guy is being very weird for no good reason. Room Service can be improved. response rate is very slow.

rooms are good but response of staff is not good the complimentary tea making set cup is break it's not replaced we tell them multiple time also washroom drainage blocked in morning overall experiance is average I mostly take ginger only but this time experiance is not as previous

The hotel has service issue and high deficiency of staff at restaurants in morning breakfast as well as otherwise they have kept very low staff. Also the hotel staff isnot trained. They dont know how serve. They apron was dirty and they were clueless everytime we ask something. Ginger isa nice hotel but they need some investments in training their people

Rooms are not clean, no one is there for transferring luggage to the room. Staff are not cooperative.

Upon arrival late at night, I requested to be served the remaining food available, clearly stating that I did not require anything freshly cooked. However, I was informed that dinner hours were closed and no food could be provided—despite visible leftovers being available. This was highly disappointing and showed a lack of basic hospitality. Further, the room allotted was extremely cramped. The bathroom and WC were not cleaned properly, which is unacceptable. To add to the inconvenience, in the morning I discovered that the conditioner and shampoo bottles were empty, indicating poor housekeeping and lack of attention to guest essentials. This experience was far below the standards expected from any hotel. I am compelled to rate this stay 0 out of 5, and I strongly urge you to take immediate corrective action to ensure no other guest faces such inconvenience.

Room amenities are too old. Shower was broken. Food is terribly bad. I ordered french fries first, it was too oily and had that black residuals if we use oil repeatedly, upon complaint and request to be better on my second order, I received tooo oily food.

The room i Got did not have a Tooth brush and other stuff, also the Wifi wasn't getting connected..when called the receptionist for wifi ..she told maintenance person will come .. but no one turned up
