Terrible stay. The property was poorly maintained, no complimentary water bottles provided, and the sheets were dirty on arrival. Basic cleanliness and hospitality were completely missing. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not satisfied with the stay and hospitality. The hotel staff demanded additional charges for a mattress that was already included in the confirmed booking. This was unexpected and caused inconvenience and disappointment during my stay.
