- Overall experience wasn't that good - The bathroom door was broken , and the toilet and bathroom weren't in a good condition. - The blankets provided had some foul smell. Even after asking for an exchange the other blanket also smelled foul. - The location was good, but didn't have any good restaurants nearby.

Very bad service, we got everything on asking for it, give us soap, then towel, then bucket, there is no person to bring tea very bad experience

Even though the staff was polite and supportive but the hotel is in pathetic condition. The room stinks as soon as you enter you would feel like puking. A clear NO.

Experience was not up to make for mentioned hotel. You can simply but not says that this is like international hotel which is mentioned in there name.

i had booked ac delux room i got pathatic room form hotel i asked to change a room they denied I asked to get another room they said no vacancy I paid extra tu o get good clean room after booking very bad experience book online room not happy

Location was good but regarding property cleanliness was not good enough and service was also not upto the mark.

old setup pooja Residansey need to upgrade. eg- room lock system bathroom and wash basin nee to repair shower🚿 not working.

The location of the hotel was good, but the basic communities were not even there. There was no hand wash. I had to ask hand wash from the counter, and the person said we don’t have hand wash. We have soap. The flush was leaking. All the furniture was very old. The AC remote was not working. The bed was hard overall, a very bad experience.

Property was poorly maintained. Below average cleanliness. Poor quality of service. Lift was switched off and senior citizens were made climb down the stairs No generator facility when power cut happened. I suggest not book this hotel

room seem congested but was ok...bathroom hygeine could have been better. the toilet commode seat was dirty because water scaling wash basin grey water pipe was leaking, due the water from the basin exit was falling right onto the floor. had asked for cleaning up the room and change the towels , when we were put during the day; but the staff didn't bother to do so.

The hotel is located well. The staffs are somewhat cordial. We had booked 2 rooms of which 1 was for 3 occupants. Though they have dedicated beds, the room size remains the same resulting in limited to no space for movement. The washrooms are not kept in proper state and the basin water is flowing out of the pipeline

Staff is polite. Water is good (i. E no hard water. Staff to focus on cleanliness. I rate 2/5 for cleanliness. Easy to find landmark - opp. To zill parish-ad office.

No hot water available, nd water flow very low and shower is damage.

Room was ok but washrooms were very pathetic. I hv booked 3 rooms, one rooms washroom was good but the other two were in so bad condition. Staff person was helpful. Overall they need to renovate rooms and washroom conditions.
