Our recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. We ordered food, but the paneer in biryani dish tasted terrible. When we tried to order some other food again, we were informed that they had run out of gas cylinders - shocking for a hotel that couldn't even provide a basic backup. The next day, we had opted for breakfast, but there were no arrangements made until 9 am, and no staff was present. Given that breakfast usually starts at 8 am in most hotels, this was unacceptable. Due to this subpar experience, I would strongly advise against recommending this hotel to anyone seeking a peaceful and hassle-free stay.

Very bad place to stay. Doesn’t have any professional staff to cater to clients. To begin with, the staff didn’t even know about the booking as the owner had forgot to inform about the stay. The kitchen/restaurant did not have vegetables/groceries to complete the ordet as the malkin/owner forgot about the booking. Yes, you read it right, forgot to send basic veggies and groceries. And that was informed after 30 min of taking the order. There were issues of power/electricity and half of villa’s light was not working. Locks are not working of main villa. The chef/cook has his own tantrums and even after request for early breakfast(8am), the cook said that we can’t give brekafast that early as he gets up at 8. The room did not have tea dips and even after request, the staff did not know what i was asking for and repeatedly got sugar sachet or milk packet as they did not know what i was asking for. Finally i had to go to the kitchen(which was in complete mess) to realise that they did not have tea dips. Looking at the kitchen condition, we left without breakfast. Highly overpriced. without basic amenities.

I had one of the best experiences of my life at this hotel! ✨ Everything was absolutely perfect – from the warm, welcoming atmosphere to the exceptional service. The staff were not only professional but also genuinely friendly and always ready to help with a smile. Their attention to detail made my stay even more special. The location is unbeatable – extremely convenient and surrounded by everything you could possibly need. Whether it was relaxing at the hotel or stepping out to explore, everything felt so easy and enjoyable. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, great hospitality, and a memorable experience!

**A Peaceful Retreat with Excellent Service** I recently stayed at Shoreside by Elam in Nashik and had an overall wonderful experience. The property is beautifully located and offers a truly peaceful atmosphere that made for a relaxing getaway. **What We Loved:** The room service was absolutely fantastic - prompt, courteous, and met our expectations. The hotel's ambiance is awesome, providing the perfect peaceful environment. The food quality was great across all meals we tried, with good variety and taste especially peri-peri fries. The swimming pool was well-maintained with clean, crystal-clear water that we thoroughly enjoyed. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile. **Areas for Improvement:** While our stay was largely positive, there are a couple of areas where the hotel could enhance the guest experience. The *breakfast* menu needs to be improved by including juices, idli sambhar, bread-toast, cereals,etc. The *bedsheet quality* could be upgraded for better comfort, and the toiletries (particularly the shower gel and shampoo) could be of higher quality to match the overall standard of the property. **Overall:** Despite the minor areas for improvement, I would definitely recommend Shoreside by Elam for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in Nashik. The excellent service, great food, and serene atmosphere make it a worthwhile choice. Rating: 4/5 stars

We had booked their duplex villa for 23k! And in no way was the price justified. Cleanliness, maintenance, service, food, everything was super terrible!! I think even MMT could have also done some research before listing the property at such high prices. Felt like a SCAM!

The property was very beautiful and very well maintained. But the food service needs lots of improvement. Breakfast was horrible with only tasteless Poha and Upma. Also it was served very late around 9:45 am. For evening Tea and snacks they took 1.5 hours to prepare. Even outside food was also denied. Go to this place to enjoy the property and the view of lake. But for food don't expect much.

Overall great experience! Location was excellent! But food could be much better. We went out for dinner because not a lot of options were available. Even breakfast was not upto the mark.

It is such a beautiful and mesmerising place. Loved my stay here.
