Property is a must visit.Grt escape from busy cities. There is huge scope to improve the service and behaviour of the staff. Receptionist must recieve the guests with warm smile.and happy face.he must leave arrogance. restaurant manager should also behave politely with guests.. In short, ambience,room service,food quality is very good. But guests should be treated more politely as they r paying very high amount.

The view from the property is outstanding but the quality of rooms and staff quality is very poor. Kettle was broken, ther was no regulator knob in the room to regulate fans

Everything was good but was disappointed as as I asked for 1 hour extension but it was not given. Sink and shower were alao broken but the view is amazing.

It’s good experience to stay here. But they have to provided hand napkin and toothbrush kit

Location is beautiful - surrounded by mountains and adjacent to a calm lake. Rooms are clean and food quality is great. Having said that, the f&b service is very slow and needs to improve. Also, the place is very much on the outskirts and personal vehicle is recommended, as private cabs from this location are very expensive.

It's a pleasant stay with family at this resort. It's really stay with nature theme resort. Overall atmosphere is really awesome. Ambience is very great. Nearest savanna lake is very natural look to resort. Food quality is really delicious. Staff behaviour is also very polite.
