Casa Green Restaurant & Resort

We went to Casa Green with family. But the resort was filled with indecent bachelor's group. There were drinking, dancing, making lots of noise, playing loud music, creating lots of ruckus. Women in my family didn't feel comfortable/safe, so we checked out within 15 minutes of our check-in.

Toilet was very dirty, mattresses, pillow very dirty, zero service, no letch in toilet, swimming pool seen picture look good actually it's horrible. Overall waste of money, misguiding people by good pictures.

Best food. Staff was very helpful & polite. Overall, good service.

I have taken ac room and camping tent both in room ext is not connected to order food, need to go directly. Food is average only. For camping tent common wash room need to use, that common wash room is not clean, it's smell. In ac room wash room wc gun tap is leaking. Next day check out time for kid we asked food, they are not reedy to provide. For food we are going to pay separately only. We are not going to use room for food. In food area only going to use. But they telling time is finished it's rule we can't able to give. Pool is good. For kid play area also okay.

There was no cleanliness maintained in hotel. It was having spider web on the gate. The room was not ready when we reached at 1:30 pm and the check in time was 12 noon. The swimming pool water was also not clean to take a dip. The tap came out while taking bath in bathroom. Only good thing was food, it was very good. Nice view but the spider web around every place was troublesome

Not clean the room and tebale no wifi. Food is good. Service is very good. Children garden best. Swimming pool good.

The stay was not at all comfortable. The hygiene is a big issue. The receptionist, room service and grievance officer- none of them were available when required. The breakfast was available only after 9:30am. This stay is not at all value for money.

The first thing is that this resort was like nothing. It just looks like a small farm house. The rooms were also very small and the washroom was very small. Talking about the room service, midnight mouses was moving in the room. This was my worst experience with makemytrip.

It was a good place to stay but there should be transport facility available at a reasonable rate coz while going back home due to the location being too inside we were not able to book a cab and the private cab charges us 3800- which is almost double the rate what we paid while coming. The staff is quite helpful, the play area is nice but needs to be maintained. The grass haa grown long children cannot play coz of that. Food is good specially chicken khandeshi

We went with families over there. Anticipated a lot after seeing pics Location is bad as well excellent. Bad coz its way far remote than main road, excellent coz and remote, like a total disconnect. Depends on you how you want your stay. Kids enjoyed pool. Food was nice but was with very limited menu. Mind you it's understaffed. During our stay electricity was not consistent. They had back up for room lights but water heater and toilet lights were not on back up. Overall it was an average experience. There is room for improvement if some things they change.

Don't have sufficient staff. Lack of cleanliness. You will get free breakfast after 10.

The resort was nothing like what we expected and room air condition was not working, food rates were too high and security was not good. Staff is not good. I am stay only 4 hr & non refundable policy aslo not good

Location was good, out of the city hustle and bustle, food taste was also good. Service also nice. Just needed some extra availability of menu items.

It’s very far from the city centre as well as nothing near about this property only farm lands. Pathetic food and no Tandoor was there only Chapati and Vegetables.. I wasn’t satisfied with it.. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Location is way inside from main road location is too remote as nothing is available nearby food was spicy - breakfast was arranged late only after waking up the cook ourselves who rushed into kitchen without even washing his hand & face the flush was not working in the designated room so got it rectified twice before finally changing the room

Property location is good. Its surrounded by greenery. It needs lot of maintenance like cleanliness, electricity back up, food, tv connectivity. Power failure is common in that place for almost couple of hours in the morning and there is no proper back up. Food options are limited. Morning tea is available only after 8:30-9am. Tv don't have any active cable connection. Swimming pool, play area needs cleaning. So overall location was good but you may not get the service as expected.

Toilet and bathroom very small. Toilet flush not working. Dirty bedsheets. Average service. Disappointing. Very limited food seevice.

Overall i found the property ok. However, i expected better. Service was average and the property seems small for a resort. Food was good. Stairs to 1st floor villa are risky if you are travel-ling with a child.
